If you shoot yourself (your body way over on the left where you picked up the quest) you yell out "What is wrong with you?" lol

if you dont have a mouse while you play - not only do you have to aim but you have to push down on your trackpad as well. Then while pressing down, push 1 or 2 to fire.

I think mine's bugged? I can't move aside from moving the reticle around. I was able to shoot two of the targets but the last one isn't in my line of sight and nothing I do fixes it. I have abandoned the quest and started over, disabled addons, reloaded, logged off and back in, and nothing will fix it. I'm assuming we're supposed to be able to move around but I can't.

Just so you know, it can take a while before you start moving the bar even though you are killing monsters trying to penetrate the defensive barrier you earlier placed. Once you do the penetrative shot doesn't seem to score but keeps the monsters at bay from pushing through. The explosive shot is the one and try to hit as many as possible at the same time, the bar will then begin to move at a reasonable (for WOW) speed.

Description

This singularity could reach critical mass at any moment. We've no time to evacuate. It will devour our forces in the upper citadel, maybe even the Ingress. Will you handle the tools? I've no idea how they work, but you've used more artifacts and seen more strange magic than most. Remember, the Void responds to will. Use the tools and command the singularity to stabilize. I trust you'll figure out the rest. The Host will try to stop us. Lay down some defenses, then I'll cover you while you work.
