The rich taste of belanise, with its intoxicating scent, contrasts perfectly with the sharp tartness of the local berries. Carefully prepared then soaked in our special blend of spirits, then served--it's to die for!
Just between us, if the berries are not handled just right, the infusion can be quite deadly. Otherwise... delicious, invigorating, purifying, glorious!
