This quest has unique text for draenei. Main quest text:
One more thing before we can return to our refuge. There is a domanaar, whose name is Snaerius. He scrys the vastness of the Great Dark Beyond in search of more victims--more fighters for these pits.

Kill him and seize the focus he uses to spy on distant realms. It's the last piece of the puzzle.

I wish I could join you in the fight, but I need to get the injured to safety. We will await your return, brother.

When you go to turn in the quest, the following dialogue happens (in draenei):
Juras: What do you mean you're not coming?

Tul'amar: I cannot let the domanaar follow you. There is no other way, brother.

Juras breaks into a sob. Tul'amar looks away and wipes at the corner of her eye.

Tul'amar: Only I can open the way, and only I can ensure none of them come through.

A gentle ocean breeze fills the cave.

Tul'amar pushes her staff into Juras's hands. Their fingers touch, and then she lets go.

Turn in text:
You made this possible, (name). We kin, lost and now reunited... but they must return, and I must be the one to ensure it.

I cannot walk through that portal with them. I must destroy it to ensure that no domanaar can follow them through and darken our skies as before.

You are my kin, but I cannot trust you with this. I can't rest until I know they're safe.

<She then holds her staff forward, offering it to Juras. Though he seems reluctant to take it, Tul'amar does not waver.>

Upon completing the quest, the following dialogue happens:
Juras: (Draenei) Dioniss aca.
Tul'amar: (Draenei) Dioniss aca, little brother.

Tul'amar's name then becomes Tul'amar, Thrice-Exiled, and she has the following text when you talk with her
Draenei. Exiled one.

My first exile was the day our great flight began. Velen's words roused my heart. All of us who stepped onto the Genedar, exiled from Argus as one. I prayed I was making the right choice.

The second was the day the Legion ambushed our world. I was with Juras, searching below ground for mineals to replace a broken power core. He had begged our mother to leave the ship and come help his big sister. The earth lurched from the steps of fel reavers. By the time we retuned to the surface, felfire cannons had forced the Genedar into the sky. They had to leave. They had no choice. I know that.

And now... again.

I need some time to be alone, but I'll find you out there-- somewhere safe, where we can talk at length.

You can find her in Howling Ridge after the quest is completed for a long gossip with her backstory.

You can also /hug her as any other race, the dialogue as it follows:

You hug Tul'amar, Thrice-Exiled
Tul'amar, Thrice-Exiled chokes back a sob and gives you a meaningful, thankful look

Great, between this and the paladin couple questline I've ran out of tears today. No problem, I was planning on crying today, anyway :')

If you're a warlock and /hug her, she responds with this:

Tul'amar, Twice Exiled tenses in surprise. After a moment, she hugs you back.

I hope we get to see her again.

If you wait awhile with her near the portal, she eventually begins walking away from it with this emote text:

Tul'amar, Thrice Exiled wipes her face and departs for the Howling Ridge.

Lady, pretty sure I could have popped that portal after you went through. Kinda the players thing, blowing stuff up ya know?

After turning in the quest, you can find her in the Howling Ridge, at 50.9 68.6

Talking to her opens up several dialogue options, regarding things like her World her people settled, the Naaru, and the Vanguard of the Light.
You can also talk to Riftwalker Ein standing beside her to have Arcane Linguist cast on you, giving Tul'Amar more fluent dialogue options.

Honestly, kudos to whoever worked on designing this quest chain. It's very evident that a lot of work went into the minor details, considering the sheer amount of alternate dialogue.
Quest chains of this quality are sadly lacking.

Am I crazy, or was there a little WoD somber draenei music stinger at the end of the quest as she approaches the closed portal?

Regardless, the amount of detail and care put into this questline, with the backstories, dialogue options, and little characters off to the side like Gentle Paa'he, is incredible. Some of the most "Warcraft-y" feeling quests I've seen in a while.

I like this story, but blizz seems to have forgotten that draenei are a thing here. She may not be able to go their home, but she could be among her own kin on Azeroth. And it's not like we couldn't open another portal somehow. We very literally open portals to other continents, planets, dimensions, and planes of existence that no one should be able to.

Blizz likes to ignore their own lore for the sake of trying to tug at your heartstrings and it just infuriates me when they do that. Hell, I'm sure Velen would love to know what happened to more of his people and to know that they are living well after they left Argus.

Again, nice story, but the actual writing is utter nonsense.

Its total dumb that only 1% of player can understand the questline and we have to rely on generous people who wrote the translated text on a third party website. What was Blizzard thinking? Next time I want a questline that only the 0.00001% of Forsaken Rogue players can understand.
