Progress breaking bug - if you take the portal back to Dal - you are unable to get back to where you need to be to progress,

This quest seems to be bugged if you take the portal back instead of talking to the NPC and flying. I was able to use my hearth to go back to the island. I had set my hearth there when doing the quests. Not sure if there is another way back.

Anyone else lost the quest after this one? Where it asks you to go back into Dalaran and recruit the 2 NPCs?

Can't figure out how to get the quest back, lost it after logging out

There is a portal back to the infinite bazaar near bank in Dalaran

Make sure to speak with Moratari to get a lift back to Dalaran, or the quest objective won't progress. If you're only learning this after you've already gotten back to Dalaran on your own, there is a portal back to the Infinite Bazaar (/way 47.55, 70.29) just outside the Dalaran Merchant's Bank (which is the one next to the Alliance's inn).

The RP dialogue from Moratari while flying back with her:

Moratari says: If you're all set, let's get you back to Dalaran so you can rejoin the flow of events. You're always welcome back here, though!

Moratari says: One moment, please.
Moratari says: There we go. It feels good to stretch my wings. Hang on.

Moratari says: Don't let this get to your head, but Eternus almost never gives anyone that much praise.
Moratari says: I should know. After all, I've known her for... well, forever.
Moratari says: So take heart in knowing that what you are doing here is important.

Moratari says: When we get back to Krasus' Landing we're going to get you a flying mount all your own.
Moratari says: After all, we're supposed to be keeping a low profile here.
Moratari says: And I don't want to fly you all around the Broken Isles myself.

Moratari says: Watch your step.
