Anyone else struggling to find where to turn in this quest?

This quest has a breadcrumb quest that starts at the center of Silvermoon City. Normally you don't get it because you see this quest after the previous scenario.

But if you care about finishing breadcrumb quests, don't immediately accept this one.

I have completed the entire campaign, got out of the Parhelion Plaza delve and it is now prompting me to complete this quest yet again. And my phasing is back to how it was before completing this quest.

Edit: I have double music playing in Silvermoon now. The void version and the uncorrupted version that plays after you complete the campaign and cleanse the skybox. What the %^&*.

Edit 2: They claim to have fixed this in the bug fixes from today but that is a big #$%^ing lie. Still am being offered the quest. Still see the Voidstorm in the sky again. Still have double music playing in Silvermoon. I am on the character I completed the whole campaign with. I have the achievement. This is ^&*!ing ridiculous.

Edit 3: It seems to have been fixed for me now. I no longer have double music in Silvermoon and the Voidstorm is gone. It's a beautiful sunny day.

April 7th, have completed this quest in both LFR and Story Mode, and each time, I came out of the raid only to be given the same quest again. Will not allow me to continue to the next stage of the quest line. Super infuriating. So glad I play Blizzard monthly to give us more and more bugs every patch, every expansion. Can Microsoft not afford testing their content before releasing it...? Microsoft, do you need help? I'm sure there are a lot of other successful companies out there that would love to take over Blizzard for you.

I finished the campaign and got the achievement "The War of Light and Shadow". Did some other World Quests and logged off. Logged back in and the Sunwell is back to the previous phase and the raid quest is back. I already did it, twice.

Any tactics tips for story mode? The last raid I had to do in story mode (in Voidstorm) was quite difficult to figure out the mechanics with the white arrows and void walkers. Or is it tank and spank?

If you, like me, are trying to figure out how to get into Story Mode for this, the NPC is over by the summoning stone, not among the huge gaggle of other NPCs out front.
