All of the Catch and Release repeatables appear to give 100 Rep for the first hand-in, and 5 rep thereafter.

Currently does not reset for the daily for the 100 rep turn-ins, I waited for the daily reset and only got 5 rep afterwards, so don't waste fish thinking it may for a daily rep task. Will update if it resets with the weekly reset!

Edit: Can confirm after the weekly reset that these turn-ins, are in fact, weekly! Enjoy the weekly rep farm!

All quests resets weekly - However you can keep handing in fish, but will only get 5 reputation until next reset.

Looks like the Catch and Release quests reset to give 100 rep weekly! I handed in another 20 and it gave me 100 rep after reset. Happy fishing friends.

The weekly 100 rep gain is shared between the active fishing holes on the different maps. Meaning if you turn in 20 fish at one fishing hole (e.g., the River Mouth Fishing Hole) to get 100 rep and then do the same turn-in at another fishing hole (e.g., Grimtusk's Fishing Hole), you only get 5 rep at the second fishing hole.

I think this is bugged as I have thrown back 20 Scalebelly and nothing to hand in - what am I doing wrong

Edit: binding this macro to mousewheel down and binding interact to mousewheel up will talk to the npc and complete the quest in 1 action (moving the mousewheel up and down). For other fish types replace the 70199 in the second line to the other quest IDs.

There does not seem to be any cap on the rep from this quest. I turned in 2000 scalebelly mackerel for 500 rep (after the first 100 rep quest for the week). I used Auto-Turnin Addon, since the fish were down to 1g in AH.

Did they change the way this npc works? I swear it used to leave the dialogue window open after you turned in a quest but now it closes every time, making it take wayyyy longer to turn in a large amount of fish

I could not get any of the macro's on this page to work. In a 45 minutes sesion of just clicking I went from renown 29 to 30 by buying around 7000 Scalebelly Mackeral (server cost 0.86) . Despite spending an hour trying to get these macro's to work (fail) I simply stood beside Khuri and repeatedly handed them in. This was laborious because I could not get a macro to work but took me from 29 to 30 in under an hour. Scalebelly Mackeral is a god choice because it is the first quest hand-in option to Khuri "Catch and release" (5 rep per fish) so if you are a dummy that clicks through it like me, it's at the top of the list.
