Not showing for me either. I just finished the Lordaeron questline, still doing the Blood Elf one. Do I have to finish both quests for this to show up?

After getting the Return to Lordaeron achievement, this quest will be visible in Oribos (Also for Horde characters).

This is next to the jump-ring into the Maw on the side diagonally opposed to the Maldraxxus visible gateway marker. edit to add: approximately between the red and blue visible gates.

You need to have completed Starting Over and Epilogue: Judgment to see this quest. You do NOT have to have a Zovaal kill.
Dori'thur is on the Ring of Transference level of Oribos on the southwest edge of the Maw gateway.
It doesn't benefit your character beyond the 12g 87s you get at turn-in, it's just there to get players to watch the cinematic.

If, like me, you take the quest on your way to do something else and then come back to Oribos later to do it, you will find that Dori'thur has disappeared and even though you are on the quest you cannot find her to turn it in. Just abandon it and she will reappear, and then you can complete it.

I liked the story here. Little Lion has to grow and accept what he now knows about himself. And Sylvannas has to redeem herself (though I personally find that a little bit silly).

I still don't like the Sylvannas storyline much, but this part at least makes some sense.

I do VERY much like the respect they have for each other. Two people from such different worlds respecting each other, that's something you don't see irl much, let alone in a game.

This poor bird watching Slyvie for however long has got to be sheer bordem for him

None of the characters have free will. They are puppets in the hands of the writers. Just like in real life.
