Schematic: Scarlet Helicid is a protoform synthesis mount.

To collect this schematic you need to travel to Antecedent Isle. After teleporting look straight, you should see a large arc.
The schematic is almost on the top of that arc, sits next to the spot where a pillar connects the arc.

After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Scarlet Helicid mount.

To get Scarlet Helicid you need to find Schematic: Scarlet Helicid in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

On top of the building (huge building in the middle of the island) Look on the right edge of the triangle

Complete 3 parts of the main campaign in the Secrets of the First Ones Forming an Understanding
Complete Cypher Console upgrade Aealic Understanding => Dealic Understanding (to craft pets) & Sopranian Understanding (to craft mounts)
Complete Protoform Synthesis quest to craft pets / Finding Tahli questchain & After daily reset The Lost Component & A New Architect to craft mounts

Schematic: Scarlet Helicid drop from Protoform Schematic located in Antecedent Isle. You can reach this zone by interacting with the teleporter.
To reach the Protoform Schematic you can use you can use Door of Shadows or Dimensional Translators.
After get the item you'll receive the quest Schematic Reassimilation: Scarlet Helicid.
Return the quest to allows craft Scarlet Helicid.
