Go to the river look for Druid souls, aka bunnies, corgis dogs, rabbits.. Click them. wait for the basket to be full, send the basket back. do that 4 times.

The basket can only hold 3 souls, so you have to click on it to send it back after rescuing 3 animals or else you wont get any credit for the next ones you rescue

1) Click the basket.
2) Click Animal Souls.
3) Click your basket when it has three souls sitting in it to send it away.
4) Keep clicking animal souls while your basket is away, they will follow you and three of them will jump in the basket when it returns.
5) the basket takes like 15 seconds to return to you per the debuff.
This quest seems needlessly complicated but rather simple once you know the animals will follow you. It just takes time as you can only send three animals at a time and it takes 15-20 seconds for your basket to return and the souls to jump inside it.

Despite what the tooltip for Guardian of the Lost says, you can send three souls at a time, and the rest will stick with you until it comes back, at which point the next three will automatically hop on for the ride back to Thiernax!

How to do No Soul Left Behind:

accept the quest
interact with Thiernax's Rescue Cradle
find and click on 3x Lost Druid Spirit
click on Thiernax's Rescue Cradle to sent the Lost Druid Spirit to Thiernax. You'll receive the debuff Delivering Druid Spirits
do it until rescue 12x Lost Druid Spirit
return the quest

The Thiernax's Rescue Cradle will return automatically. You can stay clicking on 3xLost Druid Spirit while Thiernax's Rescue Cradle don't back.

You don't need to wait for the basket to come back to you when you've sent it back - just keep collecting.

The 15 second wait for the basket to return seems to have no purpose other than to waste your time.

It features the toxic "Set it up so players steal from other players" mode Blizzard keeps using.

I present step by step How to do weekly Quest A Unified Effort ( Night Fae Assault ). Rewards are 2 x Concentrated Anima.

Step 1:

Pick Up Quest from Highlord Bolvar Fordragon 62 24 in Korthia then Fly/go to 22 43 in The Maw ( When You will get to Maw You will start automatic Night Fae Assault ) and speak with Lord Herne.

Step 2:

Pick Up 4 Quests from:

Lord Herne
Looming Darkness - You need to get:

- 1 x Mawsworn Ritual Book - Drop from Provoked Magus and Mawsworn Soulbreaker
- 10 x Mawsworn Ritual Book - Drop from Mawsworn Regulator and Provoked Regulator
- 15 x Dark Marrow - Drop from Furious Shade and Resonant Misery

Margrave Sin'dane
A Shady Place - You need to use Unbalanced Riftstone around 21 36 then you need to do:

- Slay 8 Hungering Manifestation,
- Freed 4 Riftbound Vorkai.

Dreamweaver
Double Dromans - You need to:

Slay Lord Dretnal 16 50
Help Droman Aliothe to kill mobs with him until 100%

Thiernax
No Soul Left Behind - You need to at first press on Thiernax's Rescue Cradle ( Cradle will follow you ) then you need to rescue 12 Lost Druid Spirit in Gorgoa and send them back to Thiernax - To send them back press on Cradle when you have 3 Spirits, Cradle will back you You after 10-20 sec.

All Quests Return to 21 46 on bridge. after return all 4 quests will start cinematic.

Step 3:

Speak with Lady Moonberry to get in hidden mode. Then first You need use skill 2 to distract first watcher on bridge. Then You need to pass barrier after You need to rescued 4 NPC:

Lord Herne 21 50
Bonesmith Heirmir 21 53
Margrave Sin'dane 22 55
Thiernax 20 54

If watcher will find You use skill 2 on them but after 5 sec You will be moved back to bridge to start one more time, all done rescues will be save.

After rescued all move to 19 57 and slay Darkmist Ascendant Relyana. after kill Quest will finish and now you can go back to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon 62 24 in Korthia.

On my druid I collected souls and sent the cart away, got the debuff etc. but I still had the 3 souls debuff and the quest wouldn't update that I dropped 3 souls. I repeated this in various forms to no avail. After reading comments below I realised I could keep picking up souls, so I did this and once the buff was greater than 3 sending the cart off incremented my quest until I was able to complete it. Having completed the whole covenant questline I still have the 3 soul buff.

So think there is a little bug here, but easy workaround once you realise

You don't have to wait for the cradle to come back before you start clicking new ones. That would be poor design. It's already poor design that it's implied that you have to do that.

Quest is now broken. After you send the cradle back the first time, it doesnt return.
*EDIT* The second after I posted this, I walked halfway back from where I'd been wandering around in Gorgoa towards the quest hub and the cradle reappeared. So it's not broken, it's just gotten buggy.

Description

Do you hear the cries of tormented souls trapped in Gorgoa? The twisted river of souls flows before us, swelling with cruelty and the torment of undeserving victims. Our brave regiment of druid spirits led the charge into the river to seek out those lost souls, but I fear many have instead joined in their suffering. Summon your courage and take my cradle with you into the river. Load the lost souls you find onto the cradle, then order the cradle to come back to me.
