You'll only see the quest ! when you fly to Bastion.

Fly to Aspirant's Rest and go southwest to Aspirant's Crucible. Kleia and Pelagos are at /way 55.83 86.46 outside the Chamber of First Reflection. Accept the quest.

Run into the chamber and down to the right. After you use the mirror, you'll have to face five Excruciating Memories.

Try to pull these one at a time if you're undergeared. They have a fear (Insidious Anxieties) that fortunately doesn't send you running but stuns you and does shadow damage. You can fight them behind the mirror so you have a little room and won't pull too many.

After the fifth kill, you'll automatically get ported to the recovery chamber, where you can turn in the quest. Don't forget to use the RSVP item.

Kleia and Pelagos prefer a Humble party.

so um i cant auto attack the mobs in the meditation kind scews me over abit as a warrior

To anyone still trying to do the quest, after creating a ticket to Blizzard I decided to try again. I killed the first one without autos and then I used Heavenly Drum and then the blue-ish effect on my screen disappeared and I could use auto attacks. I think that as long as you make that effect disappear you will be able to attack, but I didn't test it on other characters.

December 23rd, 2020. Still has the auto-attack issue, at least for my Arms Warrior on Silvermoon-EU. Have to move out -> Charge to get any sort of rage -_-

This was still bugged for me today.
However, pressing the ESC key allowed me to remove the fog and start Auto-Attacking again.
Hopefully this can help!

Droman Aliothe: do this trading game that's kind of annoying with the back and forth, but there is (theoretically) no combat needed
Sika: talk to these four people
Cryptkeeper Kassir: find my ring. Try using the crypt key I gave you last time I came to the court, it'll probably be in the first tomb you open
Kleia & Pelagos: try to kill these mobs with as much health as you have (as a rogue, at least) that like to gang up on you in groups of five, oh and you're not allowed to auto attack. Good luck!

Don't be like me and (as fire mage) think you can just blast all the mobs. At ilevel 203 it was still a humbling experience. Peel them off one by one. These mobs fear.

This quest can go die in a fire!

The mobs stand too close together, so you often aggro three or more. If you can't stop all their fear effects, you are essentially dead. Good luck if someone else did this just before you in which case mobs will probably respawn on top of you after you engage.
Oh, and of course if you die, the quest marker points in the wrong direction.

What the hell happened to the quest design in Bastion. Who was in charge of that? Did no one test this?

Tried to do it after a raid, forgot I was still in raid group. Wouldn't fulfill criteria, of course, but triggered another annoying bug: it also wouldn't fulfill the criteria once the raid group was dropped, never triggering the "chamber entered" stage. Fortunately dropping the quest completely and taking it again worked.

Go to /way 55.8 86.4 in Bastion.

This is the entrance to the Chamber of First Reflection and the location of Kleia.
Kleia has the quest RSVP: Kleia and Pelagos. Accept the quest and enter the first hallway of the chamber.
Follow it to the first circular room, then take the door on the right and follow that passageway to the large circular chamber.
You should get a message on your screen that says Meditation Chamber Entered.

If you are on the part of the quest that says to enter the Meditation Chamber and you have entered the Meditation Chamber
and you do not get the message on your screen and you do not see Kleia but you see three mirrors ... one on the left, one in the
middle with Pelegos sitting in front of it, and one on the right but you cannot interact with it, completely leave the chamber and
come back in until you see the message on your screen and you see Kleia and you can now interact with the mirror on the right.

This is the first bug which may or may not happen. It happened to me and that's why I'm writing this post.

Once you interact with the mirror, a fog closes in on you and you turn around to see about a dozen Excruciating Memory. Use caution on
your attack method because these guys are a bit tough, even for a ilvl 206 player that is of medium to medium high skill level. They
can cast fear which will prevent you from attacking. Also, these mobs cannot be "auto attacked", so learn how to use your abilities to
defeat them.

I attacked one that was moving towards a group of 3. My timing was off and that attack aggro-ed all 4. I barely survived that fight.
Try to time your attack so that you only have to deal with one at a time, then it shouldn't be that difficult, even for a lower ilvl or low to
medium skilled player. Try to wait for a single mob to be away from others and pull it towards you.

Today (05.10.2022) I wanted to invite Kleia and Pelagos to my Ember Court (to do the AV "Be a guest").
My choices for guests were Sika, Mikanikos, Alexander Morgraine and the two of them (if that might matter and is a bug triggers).

I visited Alexander in Maldraxxus, did quest, got invitation confirmation. Then to the Bastion. Sika, same game, invitation confirmation, same with Mikanikos.
Then I searched the whole map for the blue exclamation mark for Kleia and Pelagos. Nothing found. Searched here on WoWhead. Quest should be at the chamber of the first reflection. I flew there. Far and wide neither Kleia nor Pelagos. Relog etc. Nothing helped. They are just not in front of the entrance of the chamber and therefore get no quest from them.

Now to my guess:
Currently the patch 9.2.7 is active. With patch 9.2.0 we got the new campaign for the legendary belt "Unity" where we (ATTENTION SPOILER!) help Pelagos to become the Arbiter and thus place him at the place of the former Arbiter in Oribos. I suspect that this gave the NPC a new position and thus they are no longer in the Bastion when you have quested through the campaign. Therefore it is (according to my current knowledge) no longer possible to invite them to the Ember Court.

If anyone here has a solution (bug experienced and worked around etc.) please comment here, thanks.
As I said, I've already written a ticket, because due to this bug both the AV "Be a guest" and the related feat of strenght "Back from Beyond" are no longer feasible, insofar as you have completely quested through the campaign.

And yes, I could now massively farm Anima, grind souls and raise the Ember Court again on another char, I'm aware of that in itself (so the tip is useless ^^).
I just hope that I can help one or the another with my "discovery" or prevent that someone else runs into this "trap" (if the bug has the reason I suspect)

Bugreport (ging auch schon an Blizzard mit Ticket. Wenn anwort, gibt's ein Update!)

Heute (05.10.2022) wollte ich Kleia und Pelagos zu mir auf den Gluthof einladen (um das AV "Sei hier Gast" zu machen).
Meine Wahl für die Gäste waren Sika, Mikanikos, Alexander Morgraine und die beiden (falls das vielleicht wichtig ist und n Bug-Trigger).

Ich hab Alexander in Maldraxxus besucht, Quest gemacht, Einladungsbestätigung bekommen. Dann in die Bastion. Sika, gleiches Spiel, Einladungsbestätigung, ebenso bei Mikanikos.
Dann hab ich die ganze Map nach dem blauen Ausrufezeichen für Kleia und Pelagos abgesucht. Nichts gefunden. Hier auf WoWhead gesucht. Quest müsste bei der Kammer der ersten Reflexion sein. Hingeflogen. Weit und breit weder Kleia noch Pelagos. Relog etc. Nichts hat geholfen. Sie sind einfach nicht vor dem Eingang der Kammer und bekomme daher auch keine Quest von ihnen.

Jetzt zu meiner Vermutung:
Aktuell ist der Patch 9.2.7 aktiv. Mit Patch 9.2.0 haben wir die neue Kampagne für den legendären Gürtel "Einigkeit" bekommen bei der wir (ACHTUNG SPOILER!) Pelagos helfen zum Richter zu werden und ihn damit am Platz der ehemaligen Richterin in Oribos platzieren. Ich vermute, dass dadurch die NPC eine neue Position bekommen haben und somit nicht mehr in der Bastion sind wenn man die Kampagne durchgequestet hat. Daher ist es (laut meinem aktuellen Wissensstand) nicht mehr möglich die beiden zum Gluthof einzuladen.

Wenn hier jemand eine Lösung hat (Bug selbst erlebt und umgangen etc.) bitte hier kommentieren, danke.
Habe wie gesagt schon ein Ticket geschrieben, da aufgrund dieses Bug sowohl das AV "Sei hier Gast" als auch die damit zusammenhängende Heldentat "Zurück aus dem Jenseits" nicht mehr machbar ist, insofern man die Kampagne komplett durchgequestet hat.

Und ja, ich könnte jetzt massiv Anima farmen, Seelen grinden und den Gluthof auf einem anderen Char hochzocken, das ist mir an sich bewusst (also der Tipp bringt nix ^^)
Ich hoffe nur, dass ich dem ein oder anderen mit meiner "Entdeckung" helfen kann oder verhindern kann, dass noch jemand in diese "Falle" läuft (wenn der Bug den Grund hat, den ich vermute)
