To complete this quest, you will need to obtain 10 malleable flesh, and you should have 2 from a prior quest. I decided to farm aboms and other mobs in Mal and I looted only 1, which was from an elite Abom. I tested using Chordy and the Lucky Nose construct ability on my toolbar from a prior quest. I did this about 30 times around Mal including the Arena, only getting grey items if he found anything at all. Chordy likes to run up inaccessible hills or aggro mobs. I gave up on him. I researched the item, and it was the same info as the questgiver Rathan stated in that it was a rare world drop. GL....I'm going to complete this later after I get 7 more random world drops.

A good spot for the flesh I found is in Ardenwald, down west in the Mistveil Tangle. There is a patrol going around for the Wild Hunt, thats teaching NPC Novice to fight. You can join the patrol, that just roams around and once it's done starts again. The patrol starts at /way 28,62 56,78
you can either wait there for the NPCs to come back, or you search trough the area and join any time.
I got around 3-4 fleshs per patrol run (one run takes around 3-6 minutes) its not much but a good alternative for those wo cant join a boe farm in Revendreth.

After you obtain 10 pieces of malleable flesh, you go to the abominable stitching table (54,68), and construct a "Basic Construct", of which there are 4 to choose from. Once you construct a body, turn the quest in to Rathan (54,68). He gives you a Do It Yourself Flag Kit, and then you go to the next quest which is "A Brokered Deal" given by Atticus, who is right near Rathan.

Description

All these souls deserve a new construct, and when rebuilt any of them will make a valuable addition to our forces. We must start somewhere. You should be able to find Malleable Flesh through out the Shadowlands. A few of the other parts may be harder to locate. Collect parts and use the Abominable Stitching Table to build another construct.
