Begin: Horde NPC Caretaker Padae 55, 84 (Near flight point at Port)

Pterror Rise is at 70, 49 on the Zuldazar Map (not Dazar'Alor) .
Take FP to Warbeast Kraal in Zuldazar, when you land head take the path southwest, then swing left heading southwest up the hill.

Do the quests in this order:
Stage 1:
The Shifting Pack
Loa of Winds
The Frogmarsh

Stage 2:
The Sethrak Queen
Hunting for Gold

Stage 3:
Head back to the orphanage in Dazar'alor

On the path up to Pa'ku, there's a spot with blankets laid out with some baby pterrorwings on them. I had to go THERE specifically to get the quest to finish. Running up to/interacting with Pa'ku did nothing.

For those of you who might be running around aimlessly like I did, there is a dirt path turn off at 65.78 45.14 that you need to take (rather than staying on the stone cobbled looking road)

Horde quest line starts at Caretaker Padae in Dazar'alor. Near flight path Port of Zandalar, Zuldazar.

Children's Week - use Casteless Zandalari Whistle
Loa of Winds - in Zuldazar, flight path Warbeast Kraal. Follow the road to southeast. Use your whistle at 70.62 49.23
The Shifting Pack - also in Zuldazar, south of flight path Garden of Loa. Use at 48.71 31.75
The Frogmarsh - eastern Nazmir, flight path Gloom Hollow. Use at 73.26 53.46 (Entrance of Krag'wa's Burrow)
- turn in at your Orphan and get the new quests, both for Vol'dun:
The Sethrak Queen - flight path Sanctuary of the Devoted, take the stairs inside the building. Use at 27.16 52.57 (in front of Vorrik)
Hunting for Gold - flight path Scorched Sand Outpost, run southwest and cross the water to the island. Use at 28.82 88.90
- turn in quests
Return to the Hall of Castes - return to Caretaker Padae in Dazar'alor and use the whistle

I'm really tired of all these children's days quests saying to go to a place, but you actually need to be in a spot bit away from where it tells you to go.

Description

I heard dat Pa'ku lives somewhere in Zuldazar. Her priests tell stories about her when dey come to de Hall of Castes. She's a pretty popular loa. I mean, she's in charge of de sky AND de sea! Dat's a lot of blue, and blue is my favorite color! Maybe I could be one of her followers?
