Emmara Marie can be found in The Apothecarium in Undercity.
There's a crooked bridge right of the Undercity Guardian which will lead you downstairs.

This reminds me of single player games that have pointless courier quests just to add extend "play time". Did they really need to make some of these NPCs so far to get to?

If you were farming your Bloodsail rep and are hated with the gobbers, this post is for you. While stuck on this myself, I was able to find only a handful of posts referencing this problem, with vague, or no details on how to get around it:

Tryks Pourtrue is a (thankfully neutral) goblin residing in Booty Bay. Unfortunately, he is in the unphased version of Booty Bay. If you head out to Booty Bay, and it's under attack by the Brashtide, you will not be able to see him.

There are three ways to get around this:

1. Complete the Brashtide questline. This requires you to at least be neutral with the Booty Bay goblins
2. Farm your Booty Bay goblin rep back up to neutral
3. Attempt to reach Tryks before the phase loads in

I'll be talking about the third option, as I am both hated with Booty Bay, and not interested in farming my rep back up at this time, just to finish this quest (I plan to spend some time with it later for Insane in the Membrane).

Tryks Pourtrue is located in a hut in the top of Booty Bay. I've circled the hut on this map. In order to reach him while unphased, you will have to try (many times) to fly in from the Cape of Stranglethorn into Booty Bay and reach him before the phase loads. Here are the steps I took:

1. Open your keybinds and bind Interact with target (Esc > Key Bindings > Targeting > Interact with Target)
2. Make a macro to /tar Tryks and use the interact keybind (I'm dumb and couldn't figure out how to combine them, so I had two binds, one for each)
3. I personally flew out just over the hill from the hut toward the pirate ships in the Cape and then back in. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I found that the further away I flew, the more time I had before it shifted the phase when I flew back in
4. As you're flying back over the hill, start spamming your target/interact macro. Once he's highlighted, you just have to quickly do some insane aerial maneuvers into the hut and get close to him to complete the quest. Keep in mind: you do have to click some text on the quest box to finish the conversation, and interacting with him will not prevent him from phasing, so you must be fast. In my own personal experience, even clicking the text several times did not complete the quest immediately, I had to keep spamming it

Get ready to do this several times. It took me probably 45 minutes to finally complete the quest, figuring this out on my own, and the rng of the phase loading included.

I know some people are adverse to videos, but I did include a video of the exact flight path I took for the visual learners (beware, there are a few f bombs, I just clipped my live stream while I was figuring this out), as well as take the time to write this up for those who prefer the text. I hope this helps for us small few who are too lazy to grind our gobber rep!

Take the portal from Dalaran to Thunder Bluff, see Jana Winterhoof, then go back to the cave you zoned into Thunder Bluff and use the portal to Outlands. Then take the portal to Orgrimmar. Then take the portal Dalaran again, use the Undercity portal(it takes you to the Magic Quarter) go to the Apothecarium, right across the bridge is the wooden ramp to Emmara Marie. Go back to the Magic Quarter, take the portal to Outlands, then the portal to Orgrimmar. Now take the portal to Blasted Lands,take the flight path to Booty Bay and see Tryks Pourtrue. Hearth back to Dalaran and turn in the quest!

Note: All NPC's show up on your map. Just go into the building, or room where the dot is.

I read what was posted here, and how difficult it was, worried all night about it. When I went to do it today, it was simple as 1,2,3. don't know what all the hype is about unless it was bugged and perhaps they've fixed it. Each one is marked, and easy to see and talk to. the whole quest took maybe 15 minutes and most of that was flying time. I flew to Feralas for the first guy, then over to rachet, took the boat to booty bay. saw the second guy and got back on the same boat, flew down to theramore, took boat to ironforge area, saw guy # 3, ported to dalaran.

While I had A feast for our Kin quest active I was unable to see Jana Winterhoof in her tent. As soon as I started the next quest A Shadow Over Thunderbluff I found her in the tent during the quest.

Ok for those doing this in 2022 and later. She is found in the NORMAL version of undercity, dont bother spending time trying to find her around the destroyed undercity
So, go to org, take the portal to undercity which is NOT in the portal room, its up the tower where the boat takes you to undercity
Then you talk to the lady outside the destroyed city (the portal will plop you out next to her)
you change the timeline so you can get into the undercity
then shes downstairs in the apothecary

These whole timelimes and alternate locations are so confusing sometimes because they don't make logical sense but I suppose they are trying to keep all quests still available even when it doesnt make sense.

I was here trying to get the recipes for Legion to use in the mage tower

Horde (in 2022):

Emmara Marie: In Orgirimmar , go to the tower near the FP and take the portal to Undercity. Talk to Zidormi and change to the timeline before the city was destroyed. Go into Lorderon, down the elevator, then to the Apothecarium section in the southwest outer rim. The Apothecary is the more subtle door to the left of than the one to the throne room. Follow to the lower level. Once she calibrates it, go outside to the Magic Section in the northeast outer rim. There is a portal to the Blasted Lands with a portal back to Orgrimmar. This leaves you in the Orgrimmar portal room.
Jana Winterhoof: In the Orgrimmar Portal Room, take the portal to Zuldazar. In the Zuldarar Portal Room, take the portal to Thunder Bluff. Jana is on the main island on your map. If you don't have Battle for Azeroth, you can fly to Thunder Bluff. There is no portal leaving Thunder Bluff.
Tryks Pourtrue: Take the Thunder Bluff FP near the top of the central tower. Fly to Ratchet. Take the boat from Ratchet to Booty Bay. Look for the upsidedown wreck of a hull on the dock with seaweed on it. He is above that hull at the top level in the shop with the beaded curtain. The alchemy trainer is there as well.

This is by far the longest fly I've ever taken for one quest even with the convenience of portals and hearthstones.
