For this quest, you mount Thessera and fly up into the vortex. Use your commands to shoot down twelve of the Twilight Riders (one shot each), and then shoot out the Twilight Portal (takes a few shots). After that land Thessera and hand the quest in at Malfurion.

apart from poor visibility and waiting on energy to replenish, this is a ridiculously easy quest. the enemies just fly slowly around and don't attack, not even in retaliation

When I did this quest I did not have special actions on my bar, only my normal spells. I was very confused at first because even in range if I pressed my spells it told me "you can't do that right now".

I read here that there was supposed to be a special action so I did a /reload and they showed up properly on my action bar.

For some reason at first drake kills didn't count. I went into a dungeon and came back, restarted, and drakes started to count. Perhaps relogging would help as well.

Description

Twilight riders circle the skies above the vortex. I fear it is their magic that has kept the cataclysmic forces from being contained by our efforts.

Take to the skies with Thessera and destroy the riders and the portal from whence they came.
