Chosen Runecoffer or Chosen Runecoffer are basically the same treasure located in the House of Chosen in Maldraxxus.
The difference is the location of Rune of the Chosen

To see the chest you have to be part of the Necrolord Covenant and channel the Anima Conductor to the House of Chosen

To open the chests you have to find 3 runes in the area.
They are close to the chests (200-300 yards max) and usually easy to see because they have yellow highlight.
I'm providing coordinates and reference videos for possible locations.
The main problem you can face is that you will have to clear out the area unless you are a rogue or druid.

How to get Chosen Runecoffer:

be a member of the Necrolords Covenant
do Necrolords Campaign until reach Seat of the Primus
speak with Arkadia Moa to unlock the Anima Conductor rank 1
speak with Yondare Hex to grab the quest Tower Power
use Anima Conductor and channel anima to House of the Chosen
go to House of the Chosen
collect 3x Rune of the Chosen
open the Chosen Runecoffer treasure

These runes have various locations.
To unlock the Anima Conductor you need 1k Reservoir Anima and 1x Redeemed Soul.

One question...why? All the other covenants don't have to run around a place full of annoying mobs to find 3 runes to unlock a damn chest.....

It is not that hard to clear the mobs around the runes because you can pick them off one by one. Use a ranged spell that has no AoE component and have each single mob run to you. The others around him will usually not aggro so you can kill them one at a time to get to the runes. As a warlock I use the Eye of Kilrogg to find out where the runes are and then use my Shadowburn or Conflagrate spells to attract a single mob keeping my Voidwalker on passive until the fight starts. It is a little time consuming but completely safe. If you are a little slow then some mobs near you may start respawning but they are just a minor distraction and easy to kill. Most of the mobs only have about 14-23k health and don't hit all that hard.

Honestly don't bother with this chest unless you are in a party.
The area is extremely overpopulated with tough mobs that attack in large packs and respawn fast.
The rewards are nowhere near worth the time/effort and corpse-runs you will waste on it.

What a shocker for my new Maldrax alt! This is ridiculous for a holy priest to try to do this chest running the gauntlet and all the mobs! Can't believe the favouritism with fae, all I had to do was run around and step on flowers in a friendly zone! Not sure how I am going to get grateful offerings on this alt, upgrade the anima conductor and hope the next tier is better?

Sucks, my first time doing this chest got attacked by a surprise mob while opening the chest. The opening didn't complete but the chest despawned because the opening was interrupted. The 35 anima heart and a single lousy grey item were mailed to me immediately by the postmaster but I did not receive the grateful offerings. Definitely the worst chest of the covenants I have tried so far.

The discrepancy between the covenants when it comes to this chest is ridiculous. My first two characters were Venthyr - all you have to do is interact with a thing that is always in the same spot, walk up one of ~3 different paths depending on which one it decided to give you today, and then loot a chest. Boom, done. Sure, it's across the entire zone from the covenant hall, but it's near a flight path and not that big of a deal. And you eventually unlock a mirror teleport that is fairly close as well.
Then I made a Night Fae character, and I thought that chest was annoying. Having to hunt down the flowers that are in slightly different locations every day and they blend in with their surroundings pretty well is tedious and not as simple as the Venthyr one. But it's right in a flight path town, you can run around on a mount while you do it, don't have to fight anything. Not too big of a deal either.

But even that is nothing compared to the hell that Necrolords have to endure. Having to interact with 3 different things in a hallway littered with hostile mobs. For basically the same damn rewards as the other two, who have to put in way less effort. It's utterly ridiculous. I can't imagine having to do this back before flying was allowed.

Somehow this seems apt, for a covenant whose guiding principle seems to be halfway between "if this is your first time here you have to FIGHT" and "hmm, secrets for the Eyes?"

If you can sneak, it's a viable prize bucket.

If you can slam the place (bring friends, probably even necrolord friends so everyone gets the same chest), it's a loot farm and a viable prize bucket.

Pretty much all the zones have "oddball things to acquire" that are frustrating to people who aren't of the mind that matches the zone. Venthyr has things in places barely reachable unless you can teleport. Night Fae has world quests managed by butterflies and pollen. Kyrian has things that require major shifts in perspective.

Runes located on the ground at, 38.1/66.75 37.83/64.40 39.1/64.16. I found i could fly inside to each location for easier grab and minimum badguy agro. GL :)

A bit too much effort for 35 anima. Not horrendously hard, but it can be tedious.
