Alliance Quartermaster for Ashran.

Sells a range of unique items in exchange for Artifact Fragment. Some items require Honored or Revered with Wrynn's Vanguard.

Items include invisibility, anti-invisibility, putting players to sleep, reducing mob aggro range, instant mounting, and viewing players' collections of Artifact Fragment and other special items.

I only wish they would place annother quartermaster outside of Ashran as it takes forever to get into Ashran.
When the invite finally comes out of the blue you are either afk or in the middle of something else.

I manged to run into Ashran and accept the initial invite later(After about 10-15 sec). So I had about 25-30 sec to run to the vendor and buy my mount. It worked. To avoid the hour long Que.
Good luck if that is the only thing u need from it!

The fact that this guy is only available inside the instanced Ashran is terrible. For people who have the rep (easy to gain with Medallion of the Legion) and the currencies to buy the tabard or mount, at this point in the game/legion, will find it virtually impossible to access this Quartermaster. Waiting in queue for hours upon hours for the slim chance of "probably not" getting access to him isn't overly appealing when all that is needed is 10 seconds to buy the items.

I do hope they eventually decide to move this NPC outside of the instance, though I feel that is unlikely.

(Note: People use to be able to fly in quickly and buy off him before being ported out, but the NPCs are no longer available outside the instanced Ashran. They are phased into it, so you cannot be sneaky anymore.)

Seriously, can this piece of crap get out of the instance? Put him out of the instancee blizzard. is there any way to get to the vendor a@#$ and just buy a thing or two..

As of 7.3 he's now standing next to the gear vendors in Stormshield, so you don't need to queue for Ashran to get the tabard.

Crafticus Mindbender is available without having to enter or queue for Ashran. He is at 54.9, 16.8 which is just before the creek over with the other quartermasters.

Since Blizzard deactivated Ashran PvP, Magister Langley is now standing outside of the Sprocket's Garage in Stormshield next to the other PvP vendors. If you haven't earned the reputation with the Wrynn's Vanguard before the deactivation, you will no longer be able to get it done. Medallion of the Legion used to offer reputation with Wrynn's Vanguard but other players has confirmed it no longer does. If you didn't complete it before, then you are out of luck with this one. Players who did in fact get the reputation to exalted will still be able to purchase his goods though. While Disposable Pocket Flying Machine only requires friendly reputation, it's useless now when you can't access Ashran anyway so don't waste the gold on it.
