Don't step on the orbs, simply kite the boss through them to stun him and stop him enraging.

Unlike every other boss in the game, player stuns DO stun this boss and will count towards lowering her Inexorable buff. If your group messes up the orb locations, try using player stuns on her!

After checking damage logs, there is another effect on this boss called Unrelenting, which stacks up to 5x for a maximum total of 25% extra damage. According to LiterallyJustSand on reddit, the stun strategy is:

Stun the knockback + bleed overlaps. Obviously clear any bleeds you can but those go out way more often than dwarf racial let alone bop. ... Nothing in the fight is dangerous other than a dps taking 2 ticks of bleed into the knockback. You can walk the boss through circles to remove the shield and use a personal stun at the end of the bad knockback casts to stop it.

Note that the knockback has a 2s cast time window (Crushing Stomp), and obviously the if knockback cast goes off it will stop your healer from casting heals on the bleed target, if present.

Overview – Sentinel Talondras begins the fight with two applications of [Inexorable], each which absorbs the next stun effect cast on Talondras.
When the fight begins, Talondras manifests [Resonating Orb] to stun players and begins to charge the [Ancient Dynamo].
If the dynamo reaches 100 energy before being stunned, it provides [Titanic Empowerment] to Sentinel Talondras.
- Tank –
  [Resonating Orb] will stun any player or monster it comes into contact with.
  [Inexorable] can be removed by Stun effects, causing the [Ancient Dynamo] to become vulnerable.
- Damage Dealers –
  [Resonating Orb] will stun any unit it comes into contact with.
  [Inexorable] can be removed by Stun effects, causing the [Ancient Dynamo] to become vulnerable.
- Healers –
  [Crushing Stomp] inflicts high damage to all players.
  [Earthen Shards] causes one player to bleed for high damage over its duration.
Ancient Dynamo – Talondras generates energy over time.
Stunning Talondras resets the Ancient Dynamo, draining all of its energy. After 3 sec, the dynamo resets and Talondras casts Inexorable and begins generating energy once more.
- Inexorable – Talondras's defenses are hardened, making her immune to the next 2 Stun effects.
- Titanic Empowerment – Upon reaching 100 energy Talondras becomes unstoppable, making her immune to all crowd control abilities and increasing her damage done by 50% for 30 sec.
- Unrelenting – Whenever Talondras recovers from being stunned or casts Titanic Empowerment, she gains 5% additional damage done for the rest of the battle. This effect stacks.
Resonating Orb – Talondras activates up to 3 titan orbs. Any player or monster touching one of these orbs becomes stunned for 6 sec.
Crushing Stomp – Talondras unleashes a wave of energy that inflicts 72427 Physical damage to all players and knocks them away.
Earthen Shards – Talondras heaves a blast of jagged stones at the target, inflicting 57942 Physical damage and causing the target to bleed for an additional 33799 Physical damage every 2 sec for 10 sec.
