His name translates to "flower of devotion," except a masculine form thereof. (It's also an actual flower; specifically, a North African amaryllis known colloquially as the "lily of the Nile." And yes, it's blue.)

With the most recent patch, this NPC sent me a letter in the mail with 680 Polished Pet Charms. Not sure if this is because I had older pet charms that were converted due to the update, or what reason. But there was a full letter in the mail with them attached reading:

Greetings, fellow lover of the small and cute. We noticed that some of the old shiny pet charms were beginning to expire and lose their shine, so we sent some industrious whelps to polish them up for you. Everyone still dealing in shiny pet charms has also been convinced to use these polished ones, so you should only ever need to worry about the one type of charm from now on.
