One of the bosses you can fight on floor 7 of the Adamant Vaults. This boss dropped me a Death-Bound Shard which allows you to upgrade a random conduit from your lowest up to item level 252.

This boss has three main abilities:

A channeled cast (Soul Breaker) on the player (the player has a bright white circle around him). This must be interrupted because it will cause a lot of damage at the end of the channel (tooltip says 12k but it actually one shot me)
A cone attack which probably also does a lot of damage, just move around him
A special cast where he will summon 4 clones which will shoot 3 white balls every few seconds. Those really hurt. Avoid them while killing the clones. It gets easier after each kill since there are fewer balls floating around.

Unlike the normal bosses this boss does reset its health upon wipe, but the help (if you have that torment) will not respawn.

It only dropped a pet for me and 20 Bonus Tower Knowledge (which did NOT go over the current tower cap)

Not sure if it's possible in the standard tower as I've only fought him in The Jailer's Gauntlet, but as a melee if you're having problems with the Fragment(s) of Troz'igal drop a DoT on Troz (even though he takes 99% less damage some damage is better than not) then run away before the clones start casting. Use your distance to avoid the orbs being shot out, running in circles/ back-and-forth around the adds and the orbs tagging them with DoTs (ranged ones if you have them), focusing on avoiding the orbs and sneaking in damage as you move). The clones disappear when Troz finishes casting Ceremony of Hatred, or he finishes casting when they die, whichever happens first. So even if you aren't able to take out the clones before he finishes casting, as long as you avoided all/most of the orbs you should be fine turtling.

TLDR: If having troubles with the Ceremony of Hatred phase of this fight: Use DoTs, take it slow avoiding the orbs, clones disappear at end of cast, most importantly: DON'T STOP MOVING.

When he casts Ceremony of Hatred - move to as far back in the area as you can. The clones and main boss are rooted to the spot and can not chase you. Just concentrate of avoiding all the white balls of light and wait for the ceremony timer to run down. The clones disappear as soon as the timer goes off - and the white balls of hate die shortly after - resume attack against boss.
I had 2 repeats of the Ceremony of Hatred - just repeat the distance and keep out of the path of the balls
