So our one-quest-follower Romuul from Draenor just randomly appears in Exodar and builds the Vindicaar? Or is it our timeline version of him, and he's been livin' and chillin' on the Isles since TBC?
Where was the lore/quests to tell us about him and unknown amount of colleagues building a big spaceship that we can fly to Argus with?
Where was the 'spaceship created' cutscene?

Sure, Exodar is so far away they don't even have flying yet, but for fungus sake, someone should have said something to someone, somewhere!

Where was the job application for this project? Azermyth Daily? Exodar News?
Not that I've ever seen Azeroth Post or anything like it... But still... Sending a spaceship to somewhere in WoW could have been like sending a manned spaceship to the Moon for crying out silently.

If you are here trying to find out why Romuul will not send you off the ship, or you appear to be "stuck" and unable to progress, you need to do the intro questline to Argus. It starts at Khadgar in Dalaran, but you have to first do Uniting The Isles until you see Illidan and Khadgar on the landing. Only then, can you go back to Khadgar again in Dalaran and pick up the quest The Hand of Fate. The Hand of Fate, ultimately is the quest you need to do to be able to get off the ship.
