Have none of you had a problem trying to get a M+ started when some are in war mode and some aren't, and you can't summon each other? or half the dungeon group you just spent 40mins putting together quits cause the ones in war mode can't make it into the instance? I think this is a fix for those types of situations, and I haven't seen any comment mentioning this. It's still stupid you can only activate or re-activate in your main capital. Why should people go out of their way, out of the whole new areas of the expansion to enable a feature new with the expansion? You don't have to go Outland to gather new resources or something do you? That would make about the same amount of sense.Comment by ShakizI don't like this change. Ally can change in and out of warmode anywhere but Horde can only do it in Org. It takes all but 1-2 minutes to go from Stormwind to anywhere in BFA. (But the XP bonuses probably disappear immediately).

No, other solutions need to be found to resolve ganking.
