After the release of patch 2.4.0, "Fury of the Sunwell", I headed to Sunwell Isle to view the new content. I quickly found a group for the new 5-man instance Magisters' Terrace. My group and I quickly destroyed Kael'thas, or at least what was left of him from Tempest Keep. Being the newest instance, and with a look into blood elf architecture and culture, we decided to do it again. On our third run through the instance, Kael'thas dropped Phoenix Hatchling. I luckily won the roll and am now the proud owner of one of the greatest and most amazing pets in the game. I am constantly getting tells of how cool it looks and where I got it from. All my friends are green with envy, jealous that it never drops no matter how many times they defeat Kael. I have not stepped foot into Magisters' Terrace since then.

My favorite epic Drop i ever have, was my HC t7 shoulders :P and, my Nethervoid Cloack! :P :P :P
Most epic battle was the battle of An End to All things. When you ride on a mighty Frostbrood Vanquisher and destroy 150 Scarlet Warriors and 10 ballistas with your mighty dragon. Seeing those massive numbers fly in the air was amazing. The fight was simply epic.
Another rather epic drop on my list of things that were ever going to be dropped at all for me would have to be when I was farming Stratholme for the Baron's mount, and after my twentieth time of nearly dying in all of the really stupid rat traps, a real nice BoE epic dropped off one of the abominations that was patrolling right outside of one of those annoying traps. Scored me a good 450 gold in my pocket, which was EXACTLY how much I needed left for my Epic Flying training.THANK YOU RANDOM BIND ON EQUIP DROP LOOTS!
It has to be the Staff of Jordan I found in a quest in Desolace, I was so over-joyed with my first epic all those years ago!And I sold it for 100g...
It's surely Cowl of Gul'dan ... this meant full SWP gear but also TBC content cleared that's why I find it most epic :)
Back in the day when I was lvl 60 I decided to try and solo one of the big dinosaurs at Ungoro. He dropped a Glowing Brightwood Staff! I nearly crapped a brick and sold it for a hefty 1800g.
It must be my light's justice from prince in kara. Man, I farmed for that thing forever!
One of my most epic has to be the Merciless Gladiator's Crossbow of the Phoenix. After a week of BGs, I finally got the weapon I would be taking with me to Northrend (Where it lasted until Sholazar Basin :D)
Another epic loot would have to be my first Kara run in which off of attumen my first time in the Handwraps of Flowing thought dropped. These gloves were enough to carry me from my very first kara up until lvl 74, where unfortunately they were cast off like a wet blanket for a quest blue. ;)
