My most epic loot drop was definitely my first tier piece. I won my felheart bracers literally within 15 minutes of finishing my MC attunement the day after i hit 60. Needless to say, i was quite pleased.
The most epic drop which i got was World Breaker from Fathom-Lord Karathress in SSC, was the best weapon i ever had.
Another of my epic drops that I've always liked was straight out of Kara. That was back when I was still Fury DPS warrior, but my guild took me into Kara anyways. First night I was there, the sword dropped. We all /rolled for it and I &*!@ you not, the rolls were 95,96,97,98, and 99 with me on top winning. It was nutty. We were all going insane laughing our asses off. Makes me wish I could add my own flavor text to some items. XD
When i killed Keal and ashes of alar dropped, was soo epic to hear everyone reaction on vent, but i lost "greed" roll by 5 points :( everyone in the raid got to greed for it.
Another epic loot drop? Yeesh! Well, I'm pretty sure my Spaulders of Dementia finally dropping was pretty epic for me, honestly. I was trying to get those things for a looong loong time and they finally dropped only a few weeks before WotLK. Epic!.. but not for long.--Jed
most epic drop for me was tier 1 shoulders from Sulfuron Harbinger, last monday
The most epic loot drop I have ever gotten, I would have to say are the Robes of Insight .. (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=940) .. At the time, I had only been playing wow maybe a month, and I had not yet bought The Burning Crusade. So, I was naturally playing on my (then) main, who was at the time a lvl 45 Troll Rogue.I was so excited! It was my first epic! Total squeal with glee moment. So, I tried it on in the dressing room. Oh my! How.. revealing ! :3So, instead of selling it (approx worth 300g on my server) despite being so desperately hurting for money, I put it in the bank, and decided right then and there that I was going to buy TBC, and make a blood elf priest, JUST to get to the right level to wear it.Completely long story short, my desire to flaunt that piece around in Orgrimmar was so great, I stuck with the priest, as holy spec, even through the terrible levels. Once I was finally big enough to wear it, I had found my love for the class, and kept the priest as my main. My priest is now level 80, and doing Naxx 25 mans :) ... Hurrah!
My most epic adventure would certainly have been my very first Ragnaros kill long before TBC.Was my first Molten Core run in fact, so the entire run was epic for a matter of fact. I remember the shiver running down my back when having Ragnaros on 2% with only 10 people left, and still downing him (was the guild's very first kill tho).Oh, how i miss pre-TBC!
