How many robes and faux-belts are you going to give paladins :/ ?
Those are some nice colour choices. Those muted colours fit the style very well and i dig the forsworn one.
I love it honestly. Looking forward to finding out which sets come from which difficulty!Edit: I'd also like to know if that that is truly a robe, or if this set uses a chest piece and robe-legs like some sets would in the past.
It's actually a nice set, in my opinion. Only two concerns; it looks too much like half the Paladin sets already available - and - it needs two leg options for robe and pants.
Ooh I like these, especially that last one
ill rate this as one of the ugliest paladin sets ever
Looks good, can't wait for them to ruin 4 of these to make elite and mythic ones look more prestigious.
Think the mistake they made was revealing the tier sets in the 9.2 preview without all the visual effects on them ready. They looked flat, bland and very much like levelling gear, which was a very fair assessment of them. Now that they're starting to get datamined with the intended particle effects, the sets are not looking too bad, they're looking decent-to-good infact. Only exception being the cloth sets and the DH one, those are still abysmal from a base design standpoint and need a slight rework to have a 'cool' factor. For the rest however, if all the tints are going to have the same particle effects as seen in the paladin ones, then I think they've learned their lesson about normal/heroic gear looking shambolic in comparison to mythic sets in previous raid tiers (including upto sanctum imo), meaning a large majority of the players would be running around in pretty terrible looking gear from the supposed "end-game" content. Having particle effects and almost identical-ish set designs for all tints should slighly fix that issue. I'll be personally happy if the sets are finally something you dont transmog over, and are happy enough to show off. Good start.
IIRC the Nathria sets (I can't remember if the SoD ones too) had all of their particle effects when they first got datamined and they later turned them off for all except Mythic and Elite PVP.
Meh...
The last one looks a lot like Tyreal.
The sets are cool, but got the feeling they gonna make them look lame when elite/mythic set comes out....
More robes for all classes, Blizzard, lol
Not so hard to predict which is which:PVP Gold Blue and Gold Red for Alliance and Horde respectfully (and the best looking ones out of the non mythic ones as usual)LFG mostly gets the green tints without glow, Normal red/white without glow, Heroic dark purple without glow.As usual the mythic and pvp color combi (red and blue are the most liked colors but always preserved in the best colors for pvp) looks nice the rest "meh". So unless I suddenly after 17 years like pvp I won't get those and I definitely won't do mythic raids untill they become legacy raids and you can solo them. As usual I get them in 3 years if wow is still here (or later if they crunch the numbers again). But by now we should be used to getting the meh color combi. I say nice set or not, when they make a big deal about the mythic set and don't bother about it couse I won't see them anyhow for a long time.
Best paladin set after tier 3
