My favorite WoW holiday is Hallows End or Brewfest! I love the music that is played during Brewfest, but I just LOVE Headless Horseman! I'm pretty sure I can quote every line he says :D Also the whole aesthetic of Hallows end is amazing and you get to spend more time in Undercity!I'd love if they added more holiday mounts! I'm pretty sure I've got them all. Would be nice to look forward to actually doing the holiday bosses, because there isn't much reason for me to do them anymore :/Also I'd like Blizz to make Pirates Day a bigger holiday. It's fun to run around dressed as a pirate with a parrot on your shoulder :D I like that they added special dialogue and toy for all the Bloodsail Admirals out there :) I was so surprised when Blackbeard himself called me a true pirate :D
My favorite is Hollow's End. The pumpkin motif throughout the capital cities, the masks, and the spooky atmosphere give me a smile every year. Not sure if that's a little tug at the nostalgia of childhood, or if it is a reminder of the hijinks and mischief that seems to put people in a particular mood that time of year. Either way, it makes for a darn fun holiday.
Definitely prefer winter veil. The most magical season of the year and WoW nails it every year !
Hallows end! The first holiday I decided to complete to start working on Long Strange Trip! That year I got the headless horseman's mount, my first rare drop! My DK rode it all across Northrend, the envy of all!
Hallow's End definitely! I've loved the Headless Horseman invasion event for as long as I've played and I love his mount!
Hollow's End is my favorite! Mostly because I love Halloween~ If I were to add an item to the game, it would be more costume boxes xD
Hollow's End for sure. It was the first world event that I saw in World of Warcraft.
Hallows end has always been my favourite just like Halloween is my favourite holiday IRL, I'm already working on a wow themed Halloween costume because no matter how old you get its always fun to dress up! I just wish they'd finally give us a permanent flying broom mount so I could look like a witch all year round
Children's Week is my favourite - I love collecting pets so there is some great ones to get. It also had the hardest achievement to get the What a Long, Strange Trip it's Been mount as I hate PVP. I remember getting the flag in Eye of the Storm and feeling sick as I ran my way back to the base, hoping no one would stop me. The first time someone did come and kill me, but on my second attempt with the flag I got it. Great fun and a very happy wow memory for me
My favorite holiday is definitely Hallow's End. I love irl Halloween and everything related to that holiday, we even have bats and pumpkins all year round at our house :DI think it would be nice to get a new battle pet added to the Hallow's End, maybe a new ghost animal, new kind of bat or maybe a flying witches hat :)
I love midsummer because of the bonfires. I love bonfires and look forward to this time every year when we both in WoW and in RL light huge bonfires to celebrate summer and the long, light days. Bonfires!
Hallow's End is easily my favorite. Between the Headless Horseman, the Inn runs, and the Wickerman pvp; it has been the most fun holiday consistently year after year
Winter Veil is my favorite. I love how the cities are decorated and the quests are fun.
Absolutely, 100% Hallow's End! I have the main items I want from there, got them years ago, but I still love seeing all of Azeroth transformed to a spooky wonderland. Winter's Veil is my runner up, have always enjoyed seeing what's under the tree!
For me it's always been Brewfest. I think the reason is because I worked my tail off at the very first Brewfest to get the tickets for the "Honorary Brewer" Hand Stamp, forgoing all other rewards that year. I'm glad I did, since they removed the ability to get the slower Brewfest Ram a year or two later. They really should re-add that guy somehow (and a matching kodo).
Hallows end. I love it. Reminds me of my childhood.
TBH All events are amazing but if it comes down to choosing only one i guess its Winter's Veil because of the IRL holidays tied to it and the spirit of gifting and getting along, also the the hats you can't hate the Winter's Veil hats <3.The only item we need are sunglasses like the bodyguards in area 52.
Definitely Hallow's End. I still go to all the inns and trick or treat (when I'm not chasing the Horseman's Mount!). I love the way the place is decorated and it reminds me of Darkshire, except ALL OVER THE WORLD. Honestly, I don't think any more holidays are needed, but would certainly be welcome. I love the break it provides from chasing gear to just having fun.
Ziiggy Zaggy, Ziggy Zaggy, Oi Oi Oi! Brewfest will always hold a place in my heart. PS, since Vol'Jin is gone, I'm hoping they choose Saurfang to do it :)
My favorite holiday is the Lunar Festival. Not only does it have the best pet rewards (I adore the floating lanterns...) but now it has flower crowns, too! And watching player-launched fireworks was one of the first dates my spouse and I had, before we lived near each other.
