Cross faction just means there are not enough players right now.... Wow is no longer attractive
Would have been way too soon for S4 imo. Alot of people might come back with this for KSM3.

Can Alliance and Horde players in a group can click the summon stone portal?Don’t understand why they don’t extend it to the LFG and LFR Tool. Would really help the queues.

How could bad routing have anything to do with faction? I’m alliance and I use the typical routes from raider io, videos and/or streamers.It’s not like alliance players don’t have access to the internet and thus have to invent their own routes.
I read somewhere that sending mail cross-faction is now also possible. Is this true?
Unfortunately I don't think much will change, at least in terms of faction population balancing, until cross faction guilds, like as much as I would love to go void elf I'm not gonna give up access to gbank / gchat etc for it, and other guildies said the same thing
spoiler : if you already playing horde, having the 3 ppl coming from alliance on your serv wont change your game.
Sadly I just gave up leveling alliance races until they announce some changes on the restrictions or see if people adapt and start using communities (which I highly doubt).

The difference is going to be minimal. The greatest impact is that it just helps friends play together who split up some time ago.I am also surprised that so many people assume that if it was opened to lfr/lfg it would speed up queue times. The queue times are predominately defined by the availabilty of certain roles (aka tanks/healers) - their distribution is roughly the same among both factions. A greater player pool of course will make it more likely that some raids open up at all, for example pre 9.2 I wanted a Castle Nathria legendary pattern for my new alt, and even as horde I gave up after 5h in the queue. But that's obviously a special case (and once again not really thought through by Blizzard and fixed in a later patch).
