We previously announced we’re taking a pause on BlizzCon while we reimagine it for the future but do want to return to a live event that enables us to celebrate the community. We recently hired a new leader of BlizzCon, April McKee, who is hard at work on that plan. ... We are committed to bringing back BlizzCon in 2023.

Additionally, we’ve made several important changes to our teams:

Its either a huge success or people will walk out on this company.

So with that said....

Anything short of:

1. Next WoW expac announcement.
2. Next D4 expac / patch announcement.
3. MAJOR information and announcement on the new MMO they are working on.
4. Some major surprise for SC fans.

The Con will be garbage. Or at least that is how people will see it. Nothing short of those things will make it "good".

Not to mention... YOU BEST BELIEVE, there will be some sort of protest of some kind with regards to what is happening at Blizzard with the whole WFH and people leaving and low pay etc etc etc.
