Wish they added some sort of bad luck protection on it, cuz the chance seems really too low as we hardly see someone actually drop it even in a 20+ evoker raid. And it no longer being guarantee on Mythic difficulty is also another hopecrusher for the competitive evokers :[

Like with everything else in WoW you can go back in the raid later this expansion or in the next one and just rolfstomp everything and get the legendary then. /shrug

You’re talking about sample size, meanwhile the post was talking about 20 evokers and none dropping like that’s a definitive proof it’s low drop chance.I also wouldn’t be suprised if some people did t loot out of fear someone would beg them to pass or force them to pass it in guild. They’ll let it go to their mailbox
It still seems to drop often enough. On a big european server at prime time, the server wide spam message is seen every 2 minutes.
