Level 50 is missing in that chart. It's also squished to 21.
There's some strange squishes where 4 levels will be squished into one while most are 2 into one. Don't know the reason for this, I assumed that it would be current level/2.4 with the remainder being xp.
So, considering they're squishing your level by "brackets", my guess is that they're taking your "total XP earned on that character" and "shoehorning" that into the new level system. So, taking Level 60-63 => Level 25 as an example, a current level 60 character will be level 25 with very little XP on their "XP bar" after prepatch and a level 63 character will be level 25 with the XP bar almost filled up (about to get to level 26).
I'd say 20 hours /played is quite likely until all the best new routes and techniques are in place. Possibly a little less if the rested xp consumption set bonus actually works, but that definitely won't work to just grind through.
Does anyone know how the level squish is gonna affect the "Herald of the titans" achievement?
It would be done on a whole. So all inactive will receive the level squash
So, they've divided the current levels by 2.4 that's odd and interesting.
I created DKs of every allied race just in case. They'll all be level 24 post-squish rather than 10, and be ready to level up for heritage armor.Flying is a good question, my assumption is if your character has the flying certification pre-squish, you get to keep it. Anything else would be hugely annoying.
So what about Level boost tokens? level 110 boost & level 120 boost ? same as level squish ?
So for those who are Low-level Twinks can still Play up to Lv 20, I just checked on an Old account and BAM I saw that my Lv 30+ is now Lv 14 and is playable in this Pre-patch
