Could they please update the Horde windrider model while they are at it? The cubes it flaps around for arms/wings are so bad it blows immersion. :P ...and yeah, the new pig is kinda oogly, they should make a special cute one for Wiggles.

I'm honestly kinda sad to see the prairie dog, it's always been one of my favorite pets because of its.... Unique model, yeah let's go with that, unique.

These all look amazing, though I must agree that the piglet to hog model is a bit ugly. The faceless one thing, I noticed the larger eyes right away but someone's previous explanation about them being one of many in a faceless army, kinda like the borg, that seem reasonable. I'm thrilled they're updating the models, keeping my fingers crossed that they don't stray too far from the originals (looks angrily at bears) and that they continue updating. Walking along in the Barrens seeing amazing thunderlizards and hyenas only to come across a triangle on sticks giraffe or any of the lions and spotted cats (never sure if they're leopards or cheetahs) would be quite jarring. But it seems like Blizz is working through them, slowly but surely, hopefully there will be many more to come each patch. Please stop complaining about other models, these things take time.
I preferred the old Faceless ones models. For a start the new ones have eyes.. so they actually do have faces.. but I think the old ones looked weirder and more abstract. Also not a huge fan of the new darkhound/demon hound. The weird upright posture of the original was pretty defining for the model and helped to separate it from all the other animals.
AFAIK, you can still turn off the new player models by using an option in the settings. I guess this could be used to turn off the new animal models as well. Most of them look great, but I have to admit I'd rather stay with my classic white gorilla that I have by my side since I pulled him out of that cave in Un'Goro in BC...
Those elemental updates put the voidwalker update to shame.
