Once it procs, the stacks continue to build even out of combat up to 20 stacks when the buff is removed. The actual buff you get is called "The end is coming". The internal cooldown feels fairly lengthy although it might just have a low proc chance, it's hard to tell just auto attacking the target dummy.

I believe the current wowhead text is incorrect, it states "increases secondary stats by 47" but at 20 stacks it tells me my secondary stats are increased by 1424 which would be about 71 stat per stack which is what the in game tooltip on the vendor says.

One of the helm enchants available during the horrific visions event (Starting May 20th 2025).

Obtain from Augermu in Dornogal (/way 35.13, 68.70) after completing a short quest chain in the same area.

I used this on my BM hunter and had a drastic reduction in my dps by 1-2m which is a significant dps loss to say the least nothing of my gear has changed with the exception of that head enchant added. I tested this with another helm same stats and item level only minus the enchant and my dps goes back to what it was/should be.

I tried it in the delve but I'm not impressed.It was activated about 4-5 times in the whole delve (while fighting some weak trash mobs) so most of the stacked bonus was applied only after the combat and it went to waste.... If it started with a full on charge and gradually dropped, it might be a different story, but this way it looks useless.I'll try another enchantment, Echoing Void.

Being concerned that this Lesser Rune of the Void Ritual's bug(?) causing stats to drop, I tested this helmet enchant on a couple of my characters:

San'layn Blood DK:

Mythic+11 Operation: Floodgate without the enchant: 1,665,275 DPS.
Mythic+12 Operation: Floodgate with the enchant: 1,640,026 DPS.

(1640026 - 1665275) / 1665275 = -1.5% DPS drop.

Mountain Thane Prot Warrior:

Mythic-13 Cinderbrew Meadery without the enchant: 1,876,056 DPS.
Mythic-13 Cinderbrew Meadery with the enchant: 1,799,569 DPS.
Mythic+13 Cinderbrew Meadery with the enchant: 1,873,231 DPS.

/ 1876056 = -2.1% DPS drop.

Therefore, this Lesser Rune of the Void Ritual indeed seems buggy, and doesn't actually provide a net benefit like the tooltip says. Some TWW Season 2 guides believe what the tooltip says, and claim it to be an "S-tier enchant" based on that. However, the enchant might have some buggy coding on the server's side, which could be the reason which reduces the player's DPS.

Use: Apply Lesser Rune of the Void Ritual to a helm.

Gain Void Ritual, giving your spells and abilities a chance to increase all secondary stats by 0 every sec for 20 sec.

Cannot be applied to items lower than level 350. This effect is fleeting and will only work during The War Within Season 2.
