To interact with this, you need to first get a buff by clicking on the Radiant Citrine located in The Forgotten Vault at /way 32.14, 79.52, under the Vrykul statue.

Glittering Vault Shard buff lasts for two minutes and using ghost wolf on shaman will remove the buff (I'm assuming will do the same for other morph forms).

You must first loot the Radiant Citrine in the Forgotten Vault (Siren Isles)- Paladin charger is fine to use.
You have 2 minutes to loot the treasure once you pick up the citrine, so don't dilly dally!

Death's Advance does not remove the buff like the other movements do

Enter the underground Cave at 44.35, 22.81 in to the "Sacred Hollow". Interact with "Singing Table" to get access to "The Forgotten Vault". Continue straight down the hall to open the door at the end, where the big crystal, the Skeletal Remain and the quest with "The Tattered Journal" are.

Look around for "Radiant Citrine", a small, shiny, kinda "thundery" crystals around, (there is one on the floor at the end of the spear of one of the Val'kyr. Clicking on it will give you the "Glittering Vault Shard" item effect, that lasts for two minutes.

Exit this room and go to the door on you left, at the top of the stairs their is "Stone Carver's Scramseax" treasure, which you can now collect and get "Stone Carver's Scramseax".

Druids: You cannot be in any form to see or use this. Once you click the Radiant Citrine and use any form (including to fight) you will loose the buff. I had to clear the entire way, the click the Radiant Citrine and run all they way back to get the Stone Carver's Scramseax.

You need the Glittering Vault Shard to loot this. It's found at the westernmost corner of the biggest chamber of The Forgotten Vault. Click that, and you have 2 mins to loot the treasure. Just run through all the mobs, and it's particularly helpful if you're a night elf with Shadowmeld or a rogue with Vanish so you can shrug off the mobs you pull.

I was on my last one having farmed everything on the dang island and decided to swim behind where the storm breaker spawns. I went around the area where there is no land access and got it on my first crab. Hope that helps someone. What a PITA. 5 days of grinding.
