Reins of the Amalgam of Rage mount is obtained by preordering the Diablo IV, all 3 versions reward the mount.
If you only want the mount can buy the Standard Edition

It looks cool, but then you hit your /mountspecial and huge fiery wings pop out of the back.

Edit: There's also a unique summon animation.

I found a bug with this mount. If you spam the mount key a few times your character will not be visible on your screen. You are still detectable by mobs, but you can't see your toon on the screen. I've created a video that shows what I'm talking about: https://youtu.be/YlxhZRfMhrw. I've disabled all addons and had the same result.

Love this mount, but it does seem to have a problem climbing out of water.

As of now, it is not clear whether this promotion runs out once Diablo 4 releases on 6/6/23 since it is not mentioned under pre-order bonuses. If that is the case, then you may be able to obtain the mount after release and maybe even at a cheaper price when it eventually goes on sale.

As a dedicated mount collector (had 100% mounts pre-DF) I'd definitely purchase the game to unlock this mount. However Diablo IV won't be available for Mac users and I don't own a Windows PC. So 70 EUR for just a mount? Will it become available in the store later? Pretty absurd price for just wanting to keep your collection up to date if you ask me..
Created a ticket, average wait time is about 10 days. I will update this post when I hear back.

What I hate about this is the fact, that if you - like me - purchase the game on console, you won't get them mount until game release, while if you buy it on PC you get the mount right away. This is straight unfair and unreasonable. Sole reason for me to pre-purchase it was the mount (would get the game anyway, but still).

d4 because blizz have decided to go p2w ...and the god damned price of the game! and then they are going to charge similar prices throughout it's life time. qol p2w items, not made up because they have admitted it

And at last we can confirm the mount is still available even though diablo 4 already launched, which means it should be possible to get up to 50% discount whenever the game goes on sale, usually there's 3-4 periods where blizzard discount their games: spring, summer, thanksgiving and christmas, so with any luck the last 2 would have a chance for discount, but probably would be a lower discount % since the game will have only been out a few months by then.
