This ensemble is for leather wearers. Druids, rogues, demon hunters. Check out one of those toons. You should see it in sets.

For anyone looking for this set in the Transmogrify, it is named "Blank" of the Honored Valarjar. Example Hood of the Honored Valarjar, or Shoulderpads of..... etc.
