Is there a way i can reforge pvp gear?

You can reforge pvp gear just like regular gear.
Go to the reforge master (there's one in sw) and talk to him.
The ui is pretty easy to work with.
Just replace less useful stats to get hit capped.

Only gem for str&hit if you got the right sockets for it, to get a few socket bonus.
If you dont, then reforging might be better.

Your pants usually give a good stat and have a blue socket for the new hit gems.
Also its always better to min/max for a bit more crit then no crit at all, even if crit isnt your best stat.
