Sorry, I just picked what I recalled from before 3.0 came out.
If you're raiding, the 100% boost makes it superior for MT, besides, we don't really worry too much about AoE tanking.
It also helps because you don't hit the OT's target

Depending on your view i'd say that Turn Evil makes for a great glyph in PvP if you willing to spend it. Felhunters are evil little gits that ruin your day as Holy, aswell as the ability to lockdown Metamorphed Warlocks and Death Knight pets.
Of course, thats all personal opinion. I have a deep rooted hatred of Warlocks and am quickly developing one for Death Knights, so i'll be picking it up.

For Protection...
Judgement is nifty - I like it.
I didn't like Avenger's Shield, but not that blademeld brings the point about messing the OT up, I should reconsider it. Often I've had to literally run backwards, not building any threat to my target, so the OT can pick his up (mobs immune to taunt, or when the OT needs to pick only one target and happens to be a paladin).
For third one, I'd go with either Vengeance or Exorcism/Turn Evil. Both are very nice Glyphs, but Turn Evil looks even nicer. In raid environment lack of spell interrupts is rare, and there are only that many bosses you can interrupt the spellcasting of which. Spiritual Attunement seems fairly useless, I've never really had any mana serious mana issues. Plus, out of ~15k critical heal, you will get 1500 mana if no overheal is present, without the Glyph, and 1800 if there is Glyph. That's approximately one spell for you, not that much of a difference in raid, given the amount of heals you take.
Righteous Defense is another good choice, but you shouldn't need to taunt.

There is the possibility that I am pulling this out of my ass, but I seem to remember seeing a different glyph for consecration that instead of extending its duration, extended it's range by 2 yards. Or did they just change it to the current version?

One of the beta glyphs extended the radius of Consecration by 1 yard, which was less useful - prot and ret are going to be punching things in the face, anyway. The general response was "Great! Now I can break even MORE crowd control."
That's likely the one you were thinking of. At least a longer duration has some use for Ret in PvE.

Ret PvE:
Crusader Strike
Judgement
Command/Blood
I'd use Consecration instead of Command/Blood. 2 more seconds on a consecration is 25% more Cons damage for ret pallies. Huge.

I have to agree. I would go with light, wisdom, and Holy light. Because LoH isn't always used, and light and wisdom are situational. Some fights you want max HPS, some you want more longevity.
