I got this in the Fungal Folly delve after Brann fell very low on health and had a red light shining down on him saying 'Unconscious'. I clicked him to recover and got the achievement.

This is very easy to do in the Earthcrawl Mines when the "Precious Ores" story line is active. (story lines change daily, so at most you have to wait 3 days to get this one)

There is a railroad track with mine carts that are constantly running down the track. These carts will cause anything (you/Brann/mobs) to take damage if you get run over.

Just position Brann on the track and have him get hit by the cart over and over until he's eventually unconscious. Be aware that he may occasionally heal. That makes it a little annoying but it's a reliable way to get the achievement without just hoping he'll die in combat.

We just let Brann tank till he went unconcious. It happened to be T3-Sprial Weave-From the Weaver with Love. Brann was 12. I would image it could be done in any of them, but not having a higher level Brann can't say for sure.

If your brann is too high lvl to die, select dps spec for him and choose "Rage filled Idol" as combat curio, it will damage him for 3% hp/sec in combat
in addition to aggro he should die fast :)

The achievement is too easy playing as a rogue, just enter the highest abyss you can enter, put dps specs on brann, put ''Tricks of the Trade'' on brann and click some add, this will kill him fast and you can click to ''revive him''.

If your Brann is to powerfull go to Zekvir 11 and take him as tank (for aggro). It take moment and he will be death, click him = ress cast and achi is done!

Previous comments are no longer valid if your Brann Bronzebeard is a high level in version 11.1.0 or later (Undermine). The comments suggest choosing Brann Bronzebeard's Rage-Filled Idol companion ability, but that option has been removed with patch 11.1.0.

Here is an updated method that works in the current version (11.1.x):

Choose the Tank role for Brann Bronzebeard at the start of the delve or at the checkpoint (Empowered Restoration Stone)
Locate and engage the group of three special Underpin mobs Underpin's Explosive Ally. Each type of Underpin's special mobs spawn at semi-random locations in delves, replacing existing mobs. Each special mob will always spawn exactly once in every delve instance
Allow Brann Bronzebeard to tank them and die
Click on Brann Bronzebeard's unconscious body and channel the cast to earn the achievement

Note: Underpin's Explosive Ally hits hard with melees, but the main threat is their Gold Fuse ability: a stackable DoT that quickly overwhelms Brann Bronzebeard.

So if you still have not done it and have a lv 100 Brann and are yourself high(ish) ilv:

I feared it wouldn't work, as I can solo any T11 delve as a tank, healer or dps, here is how I did it at ilv 715:

Went in with Brann as tank and myself as tank (paladin, but all auras off). Gave Brann the seemingly worst curios (Gathering tools for example).

Tested in the Dread Pit: Pull the first elite, pull another 2 or three groups. Let Brann get all the aggro and he pretty easily dies. Being in tank specc, I knew I could eventually handle them all alone. Still, since it is a channeled click to revive Brann, my Renshii Wraps triggered the live saving and it was smooth sailing from there.
