Each Overpowering Croak summon 6 Curious Swoglet, and achievement need 10. CC such like Mass Entanglement Ring of Peace is very useful.

0:09 First Overpowering Croak, bring Goliath leave the Curious Swoglets, put Curious Swoglet to a corner to avoid aoe damage.
0:20 First Gulp, dont let Goliath eat anything because achievement need you keep it Hangry when eat.
0:50 Second Overpowering Croak, start bring all enemy together.
1:00 Toxic Effluvia, bring Curious Swoglet to Goliath if still not together because it wont move when casting, and next Gulp will cast 2 sec later, you wont have time to move Goliath.
1:07 Second Gulp, let Goliath eat.

Criteria:
Defeat the Gulping Goliath after forcing it to become Hangry and devour 10 Curious Swoglets in Halls of Infusion on Mythic difficulty.

Strategy:
This achievement requires some coordination and is easier to do for groups that have long lasting AoE CC abilities such as Sigil of Misery and Mass Entanglement. During the encounter, the boss will cast Overpowering Croak, causing cave-ins that spawn swoglets. You will need at least two waves of swoglets to complete the achievement. Your group should stack up so that the cave-ins are close to each other. This will make sure that the swoglets spawn close enough to be gathered and CC'd. Once the second wave is spawned and CC’d, the tank will want to drag the boss over to the swoglets and let him gulp them down.

One important note: The boss must be Hangry, and in order to achieve this, do not let him consume anything during his first Gulp cast. You should be able to get all 10 sowglets before the second Gulp cast. Once the boss has been made Hangry and has consumed 10 swoglets, defeat him as normal.

You don't have to succeed within the second gulp, you could have a third gulp to complete it

No need to root anything.
Put 2 marks on the edges of arena.
1 mark for tank and boss, second mark for party and frogs .
Bait frogs spawn on one fo marks and start runing clockwise. Tank should avoid the rest of the group.
After second frgs spawn just stack near boss.

Instructions for Hungry Hungry Hornswog: You need to defeat the Gulping Goliath after forcing it to become Hangry and devour 10 curious swoglets. So for this achievement, CC’s are really important, we had 2 druids so we rooted the frogs to stop them from hitting us cos they stack a debuff which will eventually oneshot you. The swoglets will spawn after the boss casts overpowering croak. Stack them up and CC or stun them as close together as you can, then the tank has to bring the boss close to have him cast the gulp ability on the swoglets. The boss has to be really close or they won’t be gulped. Had a few tries on this, and the achievement tracker addon will notify you once the 10 swoglet requirement has been met for this achievement.

1 thing of note, you do NOT have to have the boss eat all 10 swoglets in a single gulp, you just have to have him get hangry (eat nothing with first gulp), then eat 10 swoglets afterwards.

We grouped up the first 2 waves of swoglets, but not quite tight enough, so the 2nd gulp missed 2 of them, but a 3rd gulp ate them and granted the achy (after killing boss)

Just solod as a 483 ret pally (pre 10.2.7 difficulty change).

Specced into cleanse, unbound freedom and blinding light.

On pull I smashed the boss down to half health, and once he spawned frogs I kept kiting and swinging ranged attacks, using blinding light to keep little frogs off me and freedom to keep movement speed up.

Once the boss was hangry and spawned enough mini frogs, I waited for Toxic Effluvia and brought them all in, bubbled and he ate them all. He ate me too (by accident) which removed the hangry stacks but still ticked off the achieve. I killed the boss and got the achievement.

Removing the Hangry stacks this way is essential to solo, otherwise his damage is too much to manage.
