One for the admins: the tooltip for this page has Altar of Blessings spelt "Alter" (see screenshot). Sorry for my pedantry. I blame it on my ASD.

Also, I've uploaded a screenshot of the entire blessings matrix for the major and minor Loa.

(Data compiled from in-game testing on the Midnight Beta. Screenshots and matrix compiled by player testing.)

Each blessing is created by combining:
1 Major Loa + 1 Minor Loa

Major Loa determine the theme of the blessing.
Minor Loa determine the type of effect.

4 Major Loa × 8 Minor Loa = 32 possible blessings.

Altar itself is at 43.2, 69.3 for those who don't remember. Look for book icon as you approach.

OK here is a full list of what the blessings do:
Akil'zon + Kulzi gives you + 20% movement speed while your health is full.
Akil'zon + Filo bestows 50% extra movement while in a hub.
Akil'zon + Mot'amra grants you a 15% chance to stun your enemy for 3 seconds. Does not work on players. 45 second cooldown.
Akil'zon + Wila'ma sets some mammoth packpeddlers around on the roads that can repair and buy stuff (they don't sell) and can give a +50% move buff for 2 minutes
Akil'zon + Shadra increases haste by 1% every second to 15% when in combat. Decreases when out of combat.
Akil'zon + Dundun gives an extra 15 Deftness when gathering and 50 Speed when crafting
Akil'zon + Puul gain 100% movement speed for 3 seconds after you kill an enemy, but take 100% extra damage from the next source.
Akil'zon + Oe +25% weapon attack speed.
Akil'zon + Pahk gain 100% swim speed while in water.

Halazzi + Kulzi heals you for 5% of your health when you kill an enemy.
Halazzi + Filo 5% chance on hit to gain 100% spell, attack, ranged, and healing power for 3 seconds.
Halazzi + Mot'amra 15% chance to poison your enemy for 6613 nature damage (at 90) every second for 4 seconds.
Halazzi + Wila'ma sets some mammoth packpeddlers around on the roads that can repair and buy stuff (they don't sell) and can give a +50% attack speed buff for 2 minutes
Halazzi + Shadra increases critical strike chance by 1% every second to 15% when in combat. Decreases when out of combat.
Halazzi + Dundun gives you a 15% chance to summon a Visage of Dundun every time you successfully gather by mining, herbing, skinning, or fishing. It lasts for 1 minute and gives you 15% movement speed while acting as a guardian pet.
Halazzi + Puul You have a 25% chance to deal 100% more damage OR 50% less damage.
Halazzi + Oe gain a 5% chance for your attack to deal 500% more damage.
Halazzi + Pahk gain 300% more breath when underwater.

Jan'alai + Kulzi gives you +20% spellpower while you are above 90% health
Jan'alai + Filo gain 2% intelligence when you cast a spell for 10 seconds, stacking to 10.
Jan'alai + Mot'amra gain a 5% chance to Charm your enemy to fight other hostile foes for 5 seconds.
Jan'alai + Wila'ma sets some mammoth packpeddlers around on the roads that can repair and buy stuff (they don't sell) and can give a +35% avoidance buff for 2 minutes
Jan'alai + Shadra increases spell power by 1% every second to 15% when in combat. Decreases when out of combat.
Jan'alai + Dundun gain 5% movement speed whenever you gather reagents by mining, herbing, skinning, or fishing.
Jan'alai + Puul gain 100% spell power but take 100% increased damage from ALL sources.
Jan'alai + Oe gain 15% increase to intelligence.
Jan'alai + Pahk gain Waterwalking.

Nalorakk + Kulzi you are healed 50% when brought below 15% of your health. Cannot occur more then once every 10 minutes.
Nalorakk + Filo when below 50% health summon a Grand Kapara Guard to fight for you for 2 minutes.
Nalorakk + Mot'amra gain a 15% chance to pierce a target's armor increasing Physical damage done by 30% for 10 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times.
Nalorakk + Wila'ma sets some mammoth packpeddlers around on the roads that can repair and buy stuff (they don't sell) and can give a +50% Strength buff for 2 minutes
Nalorakk + Shadra increases health by 1% and armor by 2% every second to 25 stacks when in combat. Decreases when out of combat.
Nalorakk + Dundun whenever you gather with mining, herbalism, skinning or fishing heal 15% of health and reduce the next damaging attack by 50%.
Nalorakk + Puul gain 25% leech but also take 25% more damage from ALL sources.
Nalorakk + Oe gain 10% more strength and stamina.
Nalorakk + Pahk lets you walk on the bottom of any body of water.

All blessings only work in Zul'Aman.
