First of all this achievement can be very frustrating so prepare for may attempts.

During the boss fight Vaelgor will cast a null beam. Shortly after this a ball will spawn that tethers every player in the raid. EVERY player should use movement spells to break this tether within 3 seconds. If the achievement fails it will turn red, so make sure you track it. The bosses have high health, tank mechanics that shred, and other mechanics that can be frustrating. If you successfully complete the normal mechanics and everyone breaks the tether within 3 seconds the achievement will be granted upon the bosses death.

Will likely be easier with more gear and knowledge of mechanics.

If the raid stands in the null beam, your circle radius shrinks and it makes it much easier for everyone to snap in three seconds. The achievement will go from red to white to red to white as you need to do it correctly every instance of tethers.

The trick to this achivement is that the explanation sucks.
It is quite easy with voice chat.
Make everyone stand on the edge of the pull. call 3, 2, 1 but run on 1.
Then every player can break it within the 3 secs of the first player. You do not need to break it within 3 secs of it casting.

This is a simple achievement but everyone needs to work together. When players are targeted with the null beam, all players need to run out and remove the beam together, within a maximum of 3 seconds. This needs to be repeated for every null beam cast during the whole fight, so if you fail one of them, you have to start over. This will need a bit of coordination, but overall, quite simple. You’ll get the achievement once the boss is defeated and successfully removing all null beams within 3 seconds throughout the whole fight.

Be sure to use the achievement tracker to know if you are actually running out within 3 seconds.

Can confirm, this one CAN be completed with a raid smaller than 10.

If you sufficiently outgear this fight, a slightly easier way to do it is to focus Vaelgor and just heal through the damage buff from Twilight Bond and Twilight Fury. You only need to survive one round of Nullsnap to get credit, while every subsequent cast gives you a chance to fail it. The faster you kill Vaelgor, the fewer rounds you have to do correctly--at current gear levels it's pretty easy to kill him after two on Normal, and with better gear it should be doable with only one.

My group found it easiest to just have everyone try to break the tether immediately (helped with stampeding roar/ wind rush totem or whatever else you have available). Just make sure everyone is prepared to move quickly (the cast is right after the Nullbeam channel).

Do NOT kill the boss(es) if anyone currently has a tether! We killed the bosses during a tether after otherwise doing it perfectly, and we didn't get the achievement. I was tracking it and it was white the entire time :(

The easiest way at this point is to do it on normal and have everyone stand in the null breath. This greatly shrinks the tethers and makes it much easier for everyone to break them in time.

Defeat Vaelgor & Ezzorak after all players break each Nullzone's tethers within 3 seconds in The Voidspire on Normal difficulty or higher.
