Killed her on ? difficulty and didn't get the achievement, may have to wait till next week for season 3 to start

just beat her today as a 669 mm hunter. She dropped 3 Ringing Deeps ingots, 2 carved crests, and the Nether Overlay Matrix combat curio for brann. Unfortunately I did not get the achievement, but I'll leave this comment here for anyone in the future after the season starts who may need a little help with the fight.

ALL of her mechanics did enough damage to kill me twice over, so you cannot get hit by any of her mechanics.

her mechanics are as follows:

Nexus daggers - just a bunch of lines on the floor. don't stand in them. simple.

Nether Rift - You and brann will get a purple circle, and 1 circle will be put on the floor. after a few seconds the circle will become a puddle on the ground, which then turns into a rift that drags you into it. touching these rifts will kill you, so you need to space out these rifts in a way so that they all pull you into the center of the rifts (basically make a triangle formation around the gold circle in the center of the room, or as close as you can get to a triangle). while these rifts are up, they'll deal about 300k periodic damage for each rift.

Dark Massacre - Ky'vesa will create 3 clones of herself. you need to be facing the clones and you'll take about 100k damage. if you are not facing the clones they will kill you.

Invoke / Enter the shadows - Ky'vesa will create 5 clones of herself in the middle of the room and then stand next to them forming a ring around the middle of the room. Ky'vesa and her clones will then swap places with each other, and you need to keep track of which shadow is Ky'vesa and which is a clone. when they stop moving they become interactable, and begin to cast Shadow Eruption, which will kill you if you do not guess before she finishes casting, or if you guess wrong. each time she casts this ability she gains Death Shroud, which increases her damage dealt by 5% for each stack.

side note: the dashes do not deal damage, so you can safely stand in the middle of the room so all clones will be easily accessible, and the real Ky'vesa will always yell "Which is real?" before she swaps places with her clones so you can track the real one more easily.

Reaper - Ky'vesa's passive effect. she'll kill you if you fall below 10% hp.

Additional Hunter notes:

Unlike other nemesis bosses, you can have your pet tank her auto attacks. My pet (wolf) was able to tank it fairly easily with good mend pet uptime, and by using Brann's potions to heal him (because yes, if you didn't know, you can drink brann's potions and they heal your pet as well).

if you're struggling to keep your pet alive, remember you can cast Exhilaration to instantly fully heal your pet, and if you aren't already, consider using the Wilderness Medicine Talent to increase Mend Pet's healing, The Smoke Screen Hero Talent for Dark Ranger which will cast Exhilaration on yourself each time you cast Survival of the Fittest (which again, will full heal your pet), the Padded Armor talent which will give you a second charge for Survival of the Fittest, Natural Mending to reduce the cooldown of Exhilaration, and No Hard Feelings, so when you cast Misdirection on your pet it gains damage reduction to help you heal it back up.

you can feign death to drop aggro and put it back on your pet if it loses aggro, but doing this during Ky'vesa's Invoke the Shadows ability will reset the fight so avoid hitting feign death during that attack (or do i guess if your run is dead anyway and you wanna save a repair bill). and honestly my pet was pretty quick to pick aggro back up since she can be growled, so she wasn't really dealing a lot of damage if i ever did lose aggro, so unless your about to die, it's probably just better to tank her for a little while and let your pet heal back up with Mend Pet before taking her back.

Aspect of the Turtle will ONLY block the damage from Nexus Daggers (the lines). ALL other mechanics can hit through your turtle, and will still kill you.

Just like the Mythic fight in Nexus Palace ...... DISABLE ANTI ALIASING OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE RED OUTLINE OF THE GHOSTS THAT ARE CHARGING AT YOU.

I am baffled it's been a year and Blizzard still haven't fixed it ....

This achievement is not required for Glory of the Delver. As long as you've killed one of the previous 2 delve bosses...

Tried to do this today and kept failing the "Enter the shadows" part and was confused on how to tell which of the Shadow Clones were her to even follow. Turns out you can't tell unless you have chat bubbles turned on. I turned those off forever ago and this fight doesn't turn them back on for this mechanic.

It's under Options>Gameplay>Interface>Display>Chat Bubbles. Hope this helps anyone else that was confused.

her rotation is set so you can plan for spells with longer cast times: Dagger - Rift - Massacre - Dagger - Rift - Massacre - Invoke (rinse, repeat)
Also, she stays immobile for a few seconds after guessing the Invoke correctly. (I dunno what happens if you guess wrong though)

Dark Massacre tips (because I lost count on how many times I died to it):
Clones spawn from light blue portals, then point a red arrow at you before dashing your way.
(as Unknowiii mentioned, if you have anti-aliasing on you may not see the red arrow and die.)
You will see clone 2 spawn before clone 1 dashes (and clone 3 spawns before clone 2 dashes).
Right as clone 1 spawns, face it immediately, but take note of where clone 2 is spawning.
Let clone 1 dash through you, and immediately face clone 2 (and take note of where clone 3 is spawning).
And you guessed it, let clone 2 dash through you, and immediately face clone 3.
Until you get used to it, it might be better to stop dps altogether until you're looking at clone 3...
...and definitely don't use abilities that change your facing (it should be needless to say that keyboard turning will never work here).

and as Derpspersecond said, turn on chat bubbles!

As of today, this archievement is required for the Meta "Worldsould-Searching" which rewards the Mount Geargrinder MK. 11 (Vexie, 1st Boss from LoU).

This Boss is relatively tame and easy to kill if you have decent gear - 700+
You only need the ? kill, Hardmode is not required.

I just got this achievement but wasnt rewarded the transmog like i was supposed to.
Tried to relog check my bags and mail etc.

Its still possible to get the acheivement but the helm was not rewarded despite still being listed as a reward
