This achievement is a pain in the ass and is the only one we couldnt manage to get. There seems to be 1 mouse per raider and they only spawn during the intermissions. In order to save them all you will need to go through all 3. To pick them up, you have to run over them and you will then gain a debuff. However these mice are untargetable and can very easily be missed.

This is a little tricky, here are some tipps:

- there is a mouse for everybody in the raid, they spawn in the intermissions
- everyone has to grab one and get the debuff by running over them
- you can die after collecting
- you need all 3 intermission phases as the spawns are split into 3 (15 people raid for example 5/5/5 and so on)
- the mice spawn on th sides usually only 1 or 2 per side, the rest at the back of the section
- dont plaster the edge of the room with the voidzones, leave some space to make things easier
- during intermission 2 there is at least one rat in a bubble, so the one getting it should phase through with the extra action button
- more people means that at least during the 3rd intermission some people need to go back through the back wall and pick up mice in the section before, so keep people with immunities and fast movement (hunter, rogue, Paladin, etc ) for intermission 3
- if the group is big, consider splitting the raid in 2 to avoid having too many rats in the 2nd section during intermission number 3

We had multiple occasions of someone somehow double picking up mice. Do not blindly listen to IAT saying you "failed" if you can't find a mouse.

We got the achievement while having someone with 2 debuffs and 1 person with 0.

DO NOT PRESS IMMUNITIES WITH THE DEBUFF. It clears it. Death doesn't clear it.

instance achievement tracker can say failed when you havn't failed. sometimes rarely someone can pick of 2 rats so pay attention to raid frames people might have 2, it still counts.

also once you pick up a rat, dont immunity off the debuff with bubble/ice block etc. as this can fail the achievement

Of Mice and Manaforges
During the phase where you need to run up to the boss again, there will spawn small mice that you catch by simply moving over them. Once you've done so you get a debuff. You need to play all three intermissions as the number of raid people are split between the phases. So if you're 9 raiders it'll be 3/3/3. They may spawn in the beginning of the corridor when you're in the last part of the corridor.

Time to Vote! Cute or Scary?
Before you pull the boss, target it and either everyone writes /cuddle or /cower. Cowering the boss will make the boss do +15% damage and cuddling the boss will make the boss take -15% less damage.

Mother of All Tantrums
In the four corners of the boss room there's small pads. Click on them during the fight and kill all four ads to get the achievement.

Cheat Meal
During the fight you need to keep one Arcane Echo alive. In the intermission, once the boss reaches 100 energy, you need to drag the Arcane Echo into the blue beam in the middle of the room. Continue progressing the fight without killing the add just yet. In the last phase of the fight the boss will spawn small Void Manifestation adds. Kite the Arcane Echo over these small adds and it'll transform into a Void Forged Echo. You can now kill the add before you kill the boss and you'll get the achievement.

I See... Absolutely Nothing
Outside the boss arena there's a few tents with some boxes next to them. On top of one of the boxes is a blindfold. Everyone in the raid has to pick this item up, and during the boss fight everyone has to click the extra action button and survive for one full minute. The easiest way is to click it at the beginning, and everyone uses it at the same time. After one minute has passed and everyone can see again, you're free to kill the boss and get the achievement.

Breaking the Fourth Wall
Pretty straight forward achievement. Line the walls up so that there's four walls stacked, and then make sure you break the fourth wall 18 times. It doesn't have to be in a row, but make sure you don't accidentally break too many walls in a line, so you make sure to get at least one fourth wall every break-session.

King's Ransom
Walk past the platform that teleports you to the boss, and continue until you see a black swirlie on the edge of the platform. Move closer to it and Nexus-Princess Ky'veza will appear. Talk to her and follow the dialogue. This will make her appear in the boss fight. Simply kill the boss like normal to get the achievement. You do need to dodge her classic knife-attack spell.

Defying Gravity
Simply make everyone get lifted up by the Reverse Gravity in Phase 1 during the fight, and you'll get this achievement. Rotate people in and out with the debuff. Very simple and straight forward achievement!

We did it yesterday (2025-09-05) and some experience from us as we have literally tested/expierenced everything mentioned here in the comments, but with different outcomes.

TL;DR: All players need the mice debuf and stay alive until everybody has the debuf.

Full experience

* 20 players makes this fight harder due the fact more can go wrong. But it's possible. Took us almost two hours.
* With 20 players our spawn set was 8/6/6 always, so 8 mice in the first intermission, 6 each in the second/third. With 19 players (first three tries) it always was 7/6/6.
* Spawn positions are not fixed
* Mice can spawn everywhere between the very first starting point and the boss position (after teleport). This means you might have to go way back with defensives but esp. in the third intermission make sure to always move fast to the boss to get the mice before they get hit by the moving wall
* Only trust the in-game achievement tracker. If the text turns white you are good to go, if it is red, you are not and can jump down.
* The only way the achievement turned white for us was that EVERYBODY HAS EXACTLY ONE MICE. In tries with players having multiple mice the achievement did not work for us (we killed boss after thinking to have collected all. Don't rely on the IAT chat message how many mice in total you have collected. Due double pick ups we had tries were IAT was saying we are at 21/20, but achievement was not fulfilled. What works fine is the chat message that says how many per intermission you have and who got the debuf
* Bubble and other immunities removed the mice debuff of players multiple times, so play safe and don't use these abilities
* Players are only allowed to die either before they have a mice collected or after everybody has collected one. In the frame between the first and the last mice have been collected on one must die or the achievement fails. In addition DO NOT ress players after you have collected all 20 - because they loose the debuff and the achievement turns red again.

When the boss casts Protocol: Purge and starts pushing back players, purple mice will spawn around the area, most of them will be at the back but a few of them will be more to the front or even in the middle of orbs and puddles so use the cloak wisely. The point of the achievement is that each player has to grab 1 mouse by just walking over them to save them from being atomized by the incoming wall. You’ll know you’ve gotten a mouse from the debuff and you can also see the purple mouse in your players hand.

Important notes:
- The number of mice that spawn will match the number of players in the raid. Example: If you are 17 players, you will have a total of 17 mice.
- The number of mice spawning will be split between 3 of the purge phases, example: with 17 mice, you will have 7 in the first purge, 5 in the second and 5 in the third.
- The mice are not targetable, so be sure to keep your eyes open.
- If the wall goes over the mice, they will perish and the achievement will fail.
- In the third phase, some of the mice will spawn behind the wall at the back so players use the cloak to go through and grab the remaining mice, or mages can blink through.
- The achievement tracker will highlight the names of the players that grabbed a mouse so it’s easy to keep track.
- If a player dies before grabbing a mouse, the achievement MAY fail. We ressed the player and he grabbed the mouse after, the first time we did it and defeated the boss, we didn’t get the achievement. The next time we tried the achievement tracker first said that the achievement failed when a player died and then when the dead player was ressed and grabbed a mouse, the achievement marked as met and we got it in the end. Confusing? Yes, try it out, if it fails just use a fresh ID.
- If you have a mouse, and die after, the achievement will still count. However, if you are ressed and grab a second mouse, the achievement may not count cos that means that not each player grabbed a mouse. So ideally everyone grabs their own mouse.

This achievement will turn white once you've collected all the mice and are then safe to kill the boss.

Did this with my guild today, wanted to post our experience too since it's not very clear what will cause you to fail or not. This is just our experience, but all in all this is a very annoying achievement and took us about an hour to complete.

We had a 15 man raid; we got 5 rats per phase.
In phase 1 and 2, most rats were near the front of the room or near the sides.
In phase 3, we got three rats in the first section of the room (behind the wall); we sent our paladins/dks to gather these.
You CANNOT use an immune after you pick up a rat; it will take your debuff away.
After you pick up a rat, you can die, but it seems like your corpse cannot get hit by the wall (i.e. you can die in the final phase after you've picked up all the rats, not 100% certain of this but we erred on the side of caution).
When folks got the puddles/traps, we had everyone pop their trap right away to avoid people getting stunned in intermission.
We completed the achievement with some members of the raids having multiple rats, and some having none.
Above all - track the achievement, and trust when it turns white rather than listening to IAT.

This achievement was misery for us. Took about 2.5 hours with 11 people. We always had a 5/3/3 split with mice.

The hardest parts were:
- finding the mice. As most people mentioned, the last mouse on the last transition is behind the starting wall. We had multiple pulls where we were sill missing another mouse (aside from the one behind the wall) but just no one could find it
- getting to the front. Sometimes mice can spawn up near the boss during transitions. We had people assigned to get there quickly and get mice (alter time, death's advance, etc.)

This achievement must have been stealth nerfed. With our raid of 10 players, only 6 mice spawned (2 per intermission). It made the achievement much more manageable. We needed only 2 pulls to get it.

Definitely been nerfed to only 2 mice per intermission. Grab all 6 without them being atomized and you should have the achievement.

You can't zerg this achievement before the transition. Even though it seems technically possible to save the rats by not allowing them to spawn... you do actually have to complete all three phases.
