There are 4 sturdy chests hidden in The Spiral Weave:
Locations are fixed so you can find them no matter what "story" is happening on your current play.

Sturdy Chest 1 – 50.02 45.79 – Behind the small barrier.
Sturdy Chest 2 – 36.44 11.21 – It's on the ledge above the room. There is a grapple point to get there.
Sturdy Chest 3 – 46.07 46.24 – After the boss don't jump into the hole but check the pillar below to the west of the main path.
Sturdy Chest 4 – 42.58 47.75 – Right after chest 3 chest jump down to the wooden ledge below to the west.

Each Delve has 4-5 Sturdy Chests
Most of the times you can collect then in 1 run, but Delve have multiple stories
Some chests need different storylines to be seen, so if you don't see the chest, you will have to try once more in another run/story

3 out of four of these chests are impossible to get during the "Strange Disturbances" with the puppets, because you don't get a grapple.

I was able to get 3 out of the 4 chests but the 4th chest, near the Empowered Restoration Stone, requires grappling hooks to reach.
Which I think the grappling hooks are only available during From the Weaver with Love story variant.

Would be more fun if toys that knock you up etc could be used to reach the chests that are only available during some days.
(In this example you need the story: From the Weaver with Love)
Atleast to me personally that would be more fun than simply waiting for the day when the grappling hook is up.

After you defeat the last boss, don't leave, you can drop down to one of the chests, then, jump to the beam and get the last one.

It is possible to get the 4th chest as an evoker. Go the the stairs before the boss room and deep breath from the top of the stairs all the way to the frame below the chest. Then walk along the line upwards and use hover to get just below the chest and click it before you fall down

Havnt got the one with grappling hook yet. :-(

I have got all four chests in the Weave without the use of a grapple. The last two had to be dropped towards, from above the treasure room after the last boss, and by walking along the beams.

Im still missing this. Is there a way to know when its up? E.g. like wowhead posting which echos are up. Or do I have to park an alt char infront and check every day? How do I know if its the correct one? Is there a special mob or NPC up to be certain?

Edit: Ok, this is up today on EU servers and I just did a level 1 delve. You immediatly see the grippling stuff on the wall indicating its the correct kind of delve and a small spider is holding a scroll at the beginning and giving you instructions. I still dont know how the cycle works, but just park any char infront of the delve. Lvl 1 works for the achievement. Its in the most nothern part of the instance in the room located directly before the boss. There are arrows at the grippling stuff, so its not really hard to get up and understand how to do it. (I recorded this, so if someone really is struggling I can upload this on yt)

Good luck. :) Just check daily if its up with some char parked infront of the instance.

The last chest that you can't get to because there is no grappler is done at the very end, once you defeat the last boss, you stand in front of the opening to fall into the vault, and he is at the very top, from there you jump to the chest.

If you're like me and struggling to get to that last chest that's after the boss, before the treasure room, on top of a pillar... I had 180% speed and kept over-shooting when I tried to jump over. I tried the trick to turn off run with / but that didn't work. I finally realized that if I stepped up onto the ledge, then turned AWAY from the chest and stepped backward... I would take just the right length of step. Mission accomplished.

One of the chests is locked behind the story "Strange Disturbances." You can check which story it is active that day by checking the small screen where you select the delve difficulty.

You can get to the chest on top of the beam without the grappling hook story by using a demon hunter (with Blazing Path talent, 2x Fel Rush). It's a little tricky but doable with some trial and error (took me 6 jumps at last part to get it).

Go to the sealed doorway underneath the chest (back of map).
Jump from the floor onto the wall trim (onto the slanted side of doorway).
Push as far up the slant as you can and angle yourself toward the top of the doorway.
Jump once then Fel Rush then Jump then Fel Rush again. With a little luck you'll be on top of the doorway.
There should be a diagonal web, like a bridge support beam. Jump onto the bottom part and run up (away from the chest).
Turn around and angle yourself toward where the chest beam meets the wall.
Double Jump and Fel Rush. It might take a few tries but you should be able to make it on top of the beam to grab the chest.

Evokers can get to the Sturdy Chest on the overhang (42.22, 47.75) by getting on top of one of the hooks on the ballista near the top of the staircase, jump > glide > deepbreath (highly suggest talent being able to steer)

To save people some time, if you are looking at the map someone kindly provided above, the 2nd and 3rd chests are actually AFTER the last boss. You go through the room and drop down.

I imagine the following tips have been mentioned prior, however in the unlikely case they have not, here goes. These of course apply to any situation that requires some dexterous precision to navigate.

In terms of attempting to access the Sturdy Chest on the beam that connects to the Treasure Room, there are a few simple ways to enhance the control/view of your toon.

Walk backwards off of the ledges. The slower pace reduces the distance of the drop/jump.
Change your speed from run to walk. The default keybind is the divisor (forward slash "/") on the Numpad.
Zoom into first person view. This has always seemed to help me with obstacle/jump-type puzzles as you can get a much better gauge on your target.

If you are like me, and don't want to wait for a random RNG to sway your way, get your evoker into the delve, clear stuff in the corridor with the chest locked behind the story with the hook. Then, get all possible talents for hover, time spiral and the scalecommander final talent (deep breath will be otherwise targeted) - this is to save time mostly. Then double jump and hover your way up the sides of the closed door in the middle of the corridor and double jump on the web directly below the chest. You should be at 36.34 10.42. Walk up the webbing towards south, as far as it lets you, carefully turn around to face the chest, cast deep breath and quickly start spamming hover when under the chest while right clicking it. It might take a few tries (thats why I recommend talents to get Hover reset and faster) but I've just completed it this way and don't have to wait for RNG.

Am I missing something or does "From the Weaver with Love" not have grappling hooks anymore? It is up today and there are no grappling points.

EDIT-- The story variant is saying "From the Weaver with Love" when hovering over the delve- but it is actually "Tortured Hostages" when you enter. Cool feature!

The Delve story "From the Weaver, With Love" is live today (Feb 5, 2026) on EU. DO IT NOW and DON'T WAIT. This is the story you need in order to get the grapple hook chest.
