This can be completed during the Invasion Disruption Quest.
When you reach 100% completion the mission needs to be abandoned and accepted again.

I would expect this to return in a WQ some time later.

This can be modified for any achievement that Blizzard's tracking pane doesn't "track" by changing the achievement id and that's it!

Ok so if you have come here for more information on how to do it here it is : You have to rescue webbed arathi prisoners in the north eastern zone of Azj-Kahet.

This is an extremely annoying achievement to do and it will take some time. Ideally you do it during the side quest Invasion Disruption Quest. There are 8 webbed prisoners that you can rescue and they take about 2-3 min to respawn. Some of them if not almost all(5 of them to be precise) are surrounded by high level golden dragon mobs that charge at you making it extremely painful because killing them also takes time.I would say abuse the fact that during the quest Faerin taunts the mobs.
The webbed arathi prisoners are not unfortunately personal so that means if someone else is in the zone they can take it from you. If you fill the bar the prisoners are not interactable anymore,at this point you either abandon and re-take the quest or just be in a raid group.

All in all awful but i'd say get it done during the quest god knows how it will be during the WQ when there will be multiple people interacting with the prisoners.
And don't forget to use the command from @Realkell to check your status on how many you freed.

Here are the Arathi Prisoners locations I found for Back to the Wall. I would recommend doing it on a level 70 character due to scaling and the achievement is also included to your warband.

If you accidentally turn in the Invasion Disruption Quest, and do not want to wait for whatever WQ will be in the area for the cocoons, fret not. The progress for the achieve is account-wide, so you can use an alt to pick up where you left off on the first character without having to start all over again and without having to wait for a WQ to be up.

FYI, there are a lot more than "8 spawns" in this area if you look up the cliffs that are also part of the quest area on the minimap. I think I counted 13-15 total, even though they weren't all up at the same time. Some minor clearing with the NPCs by the elite-guarded ones while in a raid group will help pass the time between respawns.

If you have a friend or second account at your disposal and are doing this while on the Invasion Disruption quest, you can get to around 95% progress or whatever won't put you at 100%, party with another player, and convert to a raid to continue. This way you won't have to abandon the quest repeatedly since you won't get credit for the quest while in a raid group, and can quickly finish once you rescue all the Arathi.

Can be done again during Special Assignment: A Pound of Cure (the WQ that takes 3 WQs in the zone to unlock).

During the special assignment there are cave openings covered in web with 5 or 6 Arathi Prisoners behind it; it seems these do not count, only the single prisoners wrapped in web.

How to do with a character fresh to TWW:
- Scroll teleport to Silithus
- Campaign skip to Dornagal
- Talk to Brann and choose Azj'Kahet on the scouting map.
- Talk to the Weaver and do campaign quests until you meet Faerin and Anduin.
- Complete Arathi's End so you can accepst Invasion Dispruption
- Go to quest area and free the cocoons. Ignore/avoid the other mobs as much as possible.

Some other notes:
- Waypoints to cocoons are already in the comments.
- When Invasion Disruption reaches 100%, drop and retake.
- There are around 15 coocons so youll need to repeat 3-4 times.
- Disruption quest will complete
- Respawns were longer than 2-3 min but I seldom had to wait long for a cocoon to respawn.

I completed the cocoon part in maybe 20-30 mins. Good luck!

You can only open webs with the World Quest active. You get the world quest you need (the special one) after doing 3 world quests that day in this zone.

For anyone waiting for the special assignment to be up...
I've been checking my map for the assignment to be up, but it always showed the other one from the zone (Bombs from Behind...).
Once i actually went there, and (only) after I did some world quests it switched to the Pounds of Curer assignment.

Just join a raid group for whatever the active world boss is for the week and free Arathi while in it. The quest will not progress and you can easily get all 50 in one go.

The daily/weekly quest given by Flame Radiance's npc also counts for this achievement so you don't have to wait for the world quest to show up!

since update 11.1.5 with the sureki invasions, it is now much faster to complete this achievement. when the daily Radiant Incursion: Sureki's End is given, it is in the same area as this achievement. i found that JUST clicking on the web and letting the arathi loose DID NOT COUNT alone. ~~i found that you must kill any mobs that are around or protecting/torturing the web and then use the web to release the arathi for it to count for the achievement.~~

edit: DaylarFarshot is totally correct that only the webs with the NPC ID of 222119 count towards the achievement. in this last sureki invasion i went from 22/50 arathi saved to 46/50 saved!

During Radiant Incursion: Sureki's End, I've found that the ones that respawn immediately don't seem to count. The ones that count also don't need mobs around them to be killed, just be one that disappears for a while after freeing.

However, being in a raid group makes the ones that do count infinitely farmable.

I also highly suggest, as mentioned before, to make this a macro to easily keep track.

This is doable as of 11.1.5 without the zone weekly quest. If the new Radiant Incursion: Sureki's End quest is up, you can free the prisoners to count towards the achievement. If you have an ID mod installed (I use idTip), you want to click the cocoons that have the ID of 222119. This is a daily not a weekly, so you can abandon the quest and pick it back up to reset the progress bar to 0 and get this achievement with no issue. Just be careful to watch your progress bar.

Ones with ID: 242754 DO NOT count towards the achievement
Ones with ID: 222119 DO count towards the achievement
So if you're after the achiev skip for first ones and focus on the latter.

It's easy to get with the new events in Hallowfall. For the daily you get credit by setting the webbed Arathis free you also get credit for this Achievement.

I found out that not all webbed prisoners count towards the achievement in the quest daily quest Radiant Incursion: Sureki's End from Flame's Radiance, by using this script taken from Realkell's comment:

I found out that only the ones marked by my HandyNotes addon worked for the quest—you might have to go into HandyNotes settings for TWW to make them show up. They look like white ghosts on the map.

Tips:

In the quest daily quest Radiant Incursion: Sureki's End from Flame's Radiance, I was able to continue to click the Arathi Prisoners after the quest completion had happened to 100% - this might be because I did not do the optional objective "Field Elixir taken".
You can do this as a Paladin more easily, with Bubble, BOP, Blinding Light, and stun to click the prisoner and walk away, so you do not get any progress on the quest by killing mobs.

Follow if you are doing this achievement on an alt.
1. Skip any champaign storyline on your alt.
2. Take the portal to Azj-Kahet from Dornogal.
3. Goto NPC - Widow Arak'nai <The Weaver>

- This is the quest you want, it allows you to interact with the webbed Arathi Prisoners and free them.
- If you complete the quest before completing the achievement, abandon and go again.
The Blacksmith's Fate
- Not required for achievement

Tips/Consolidation of other comments:

Set Flight style to standard.
Use macro/script in top comment to track progress.
Use a tank class to avoid getting dismounted or use mount equipment for anti-daze.
Setup waypoints for spawn locations of Arathi Prisoners

While doing the radiant daily, not every prisoner counted for achievemnt but once I reached 100% (and did not turn in quest, i kept it like this in my journal), EVERY prisoner granted me a credit towards the 50 goal.
