The Flow Control Units appear during the intermission of the fight right behind the players after they get teleported

Criteria:
Defeat the Primal Tsunami after slaying three Flow Control Units in Halls of Infusion on Mythic difficulty.

Strategy:
This achievement is fairly simple, depending on DPS. During the encounter with the Primal Tsunami, wait until the intermission phase, where the boss will knock everyone back down different corridors. Normally you would simply run back to the boss; however, you are going to want to turn around and head towards the back of the corridor, where there will be an add. Eliminate the add and then make your way back to the boss. The boss will be slightly more empowered since the Infuser adds were allowed to channel for so long; however, this should not be too much of an issue, and once they are dealt with, defeat the boss as normal.

Wait for the boss to trap everyone in bubbles, when he throws you back, at the back end of the corridors your team is thrown down
have your team kill all three and get back to the boss because the infusers will be powering the boss up, so the longer you take, the more powerful the boss becomes

Instructions for Go With The Flow: You have to defeat the Primal Tsunami after slaying three flow control units. During the intermission phase of the boss fight when the boss does the Cast Away ability, he will send all players back to the end of the corridor. When you land, turn around and destroy the flow control device at the back. When all three are destroyed, go back to the boss and nuke him down as normal.

For those who want to solo : no need to kill 3 in one phases, and no need to kill different ones. I killed the south one on first phase, the south and north one in the second phase, killed nothing on the third phase (and so never kill the east one in the fight) and was awarded the achievement.

The units are there from the beginning of the fight, so you can go and kill them without the boss entering that phase. I just tanked the boss and my friend walked to them and killed them one by one.
