The unlock criteria for each of these styles is the quest in which you give the item to your butler. This means that you don't have to use each item if you don't want to, but it also means that the Vial of Blue Muck Dye you pick up during the initial questline doesn't count toward the achievement.

In addition to Taaruks excellent post, I'd like to point out that you can further equip your butler with mounts. These can be bought from Temel:

Sinrunner Pony Reins - ground mount. Requires revered reputation with The Ember Court, costs 55 Infused Ruby.
Juvenile Dredbat Harness - flying mount. Requires exalted reputation The Ember Court, costs 70 Infused Ruby.

This works similar to Argent Squire using a pony Argent Pony Bridle.

Fabius's Portrait - The tower is accessed from the mirror inside Thornhill Manor, entrance at /way 59.23, 30.28 - Found on the top floor of the Redelav Tower in the far right corner.
Ta'tru - /way 51.12, 78.75

Vial of Blue Muck Dye - Discarded Vial in Dredgewood /way 74.63, 74.96
Green Muck Dye - Discarded Vial in Muck Pool: Banewood /way 53.18, 72.74

Spikey Hair Cut - this personally dropped from Endlurker and on an alt Famu - but its worth noting it'll drop from every mob at /way 27.70, 48.56

Not a requirement to the achievement, but more Dredger Butler options were added in 9.1 that I haven't found a list anywhere for. So far I have discovered a fedora hat that drops from the bar fight boss in Tazavesh. Not sure how many more new options there are. We just have to "discover" them. Thanks Blizz :)

If you are me, and are having problems getting any drops of Vials, it's a possibility the quest to get the first blue vial bugged out and when you go back, it's there again. For trying to get the black Dye. If it displays the message "You or your dredger butler already has a Phial of Black Muck Dye" its possible you had the same issue as me.

I farmed over 2hrs in Endmire unable to loot a vial, until i went to the Dredgewood bog again and the quest appeared /way 74.63, 74.96

Hopefully this might help some people that have had issues looting any!

I was able to get the Vial of Blue Muck Dye when the corresponding quest was NOT up. Just lap around and kill the hounds. Took me 2 laps (5 mins).

since it hasn't been said anywhere, this is probably obvious but i didn't figure it out (and wasted a lot of time farming), you have to finish the questline that starts with Homegrown Help to get the butler before this stuff will drop. (Tier 2)

You can give your Dredger Butler a Pink Party Hat. It's not in the achievement list but it's an option to pick from after you give it to him.

You can argue whether or not achievements like this belong in the game (looking specifically at Short Sleeved Doublet and the Thin Hair Cut), but I think we can all agree that no one has fun doing achievements like this.

To clarify on Bubbling Muck Armor Dye / red dye, since it was not super clear. I think WQ does not haft to be up in the area, but maybe it matters so waited to it was up - I got mine from mobs in the pool after like 5 minutes, so not super high drop rate.

I was having problens to buy the “Phial of Black Muck Dye” from Ta’tru. The NPC offers the item but when trying to purchase it, the item is marked red and I get the message “You or your Buttler already have this item”.
To Solve this issue, you have to get the blue muck dye first from the quest Dredging up a New Look 2

Obs: I found the solution in blizzard forum, just copying pasting to here.
