For this achievement you have to feed named Brutosaurs with special vendor sold foods. You feed the brutosaurs with targeting them and using the items on them. They may have the Hungry debuff, which goes away when you feed them. Right now on the beta it's not required for them to be hungry to feed them.

For this achievement you need (for each zone):

Find vendor and buy brutosaur food
Find brutosaur with Hungry debuff and use food item on him
Just target brutosaur and left click food in your inventory

Vol'dun Vendor In the middle of the map (The Four Stingers subzone), in the desert, you can see a small hill on the map, above the oasis west of Atul'aman. To the east from Terrace of The Devoted
Vol'dun Brutosaur On the shore (Shrouded Shore subzone), north part of the map, Can move straight north of Tortaka Refuge
Nazmir Vendor In the middle of the map. Near the Terrace of Sorrows title on the map you see a road split. You need to follow the road to the west and near the swamps there is a small cave. If you see a pet trainer, you are near that place. Just move a little bit to the west. Cave entrance is from the west side.
Nazmir Brutosaur On the shore (The Far Reach subzone). South-west from the Necropolis, you can see a small ruins. Go there and move north a bit.
Zuldazar Vendor Inside the Tortollan Scaletrader Post settlement. In the north-east part of the map. You can see the Scaletrader Post windrider there. Vendor is to the left, if you face east from widrider.
Zuldazar Brutosaur A little bit to the east of Dazar'alor and south of Tal'gurub. You can see a road to the north splits on the map right under Tal'gurub, move a little bit south-west from there.

But if it doesn't work, use anywhere in Zuldazar, but don't use in Dazar'alor.

To earn Eating Out of the Palm of My Tiny Hand you need to feed three unique Brutosaurs, one per zone.
To feed them you need to find vendors who sell specific food, buy it and use on a brutosaur.

Vendor - Golkada, can be found at 71.2 29.4 spot. East of Tal'gurub area. Buy Extra-dry Fruitcake from him.
Brutosaur - Irritable Maka'fon, can be found at 64.2 39.2 point. Easy to spot because of enormous size.

Vendor - Blind Wunja, can be found at 35.4 55.2 spot. Vendor is in a small cave at the provided coordinates. Buy Primitive Watermelon.
Brutosaur - Goramor, can be found at 32.2 35.3 point, northwest coast, easy to spot.

Vendor - Rikati, can be found at 40.4 55.4 spot. You need to but Snake on a Stick.
Brutosaur - Ol' Stompy, can be found at 62.0 10.0 spot, at the northerneast coast, near small island. You need to travel to the north from Tortaka Refuge to get to there. Make your way through Terrace of the Fang to the coast and go along the water to the north to spot Ol' Stompy

they are always hungry so its not a problem, even if somebody just feeded them they'll get hungry again in a few seconds

A little disappointed that we didnt get any emotes once the dinosaurs were fed. Could have been some fun dialog.
