The New Races. And How. (Now With Racials!)

No, this is not a "what race would you like to be?" post since there's one right down the page. I'd like to say what my idea for new, permanent playble races is, and how it would fit into the story and style of the game. First the names and factions:
Furbolg for the Alliance and Pandaren for the Horde.
No, not the Timbermaw furbolgs, another tribe. What? There are 15kk clans of orcs.
How?
Furbolgs.
Wowstyle-wise:
The furbolg would have their starting area and their city deep in the mountain-foot of Hyjal, with all quests being underground. And when the time was right, they'd have a nifty little passage to darkshore.
They'd ride tunelers, yes, you heard me, giant rat-like creatures.
They would be able to be the following classes: priest, warrior, shaman, hunter and, of course, DKs.
The biggest problem newbie furlbolgs would have to fight inside the mountains would be: corrupted furbolg tribes, legion servers who remained in the area from the Hyjal fight and slithid creatures inside their diggin holes.
Lore-wise:
The furlbog would have joined the alliance because, before the second coming of the legion, they were allies of the nightelves, and now with the slithid threat growing in their holes and the alliance needing more forces to fight the Lick King they tought it was the right time to remake the strong tides that once held their races together.
Racials:
Rough Fur
: Decreases damage taken from bleed effects by 15%.
Born a Digger
: Increases Mining Skill by 10.
Unarmed/Fist Weapon Specialization
.
One With The Land
: Increases Nature Resistance by X.
Quick Learner
: Increases the speed in wich you gain weapon/profession/defense skills by X%
The Twin Bear’s Sacrifice
: Only possible to activate when you have less then 30% health. Decreases damage taken by X%. If it’s still active when you reach 10% health you become immune to fear, charm and other movement impairing effects.
The Pandaren.
Now, this one is much harder since they appeared very little in warcraft. From what I could gather it'd be something like this:
Wowstyle-wise:
Their starting area and their city of Pandaria would be on the island of Pandaria, located on the south-eastern shore of STV, really close to the border of fatigue and the zone. Yes, the whole Island is just a city, and a starting area. They would take a boat to Ratchet when the time was right, and talk to
Brewmaster Drohn
who would lead them to the the Crossroads.
The leader of their capital city would be none other then the great
Chen Stormstout.
They would ride...well...I'm not really sure...was thinking some kind of giant fox...or something...
They would be able to be the following classes: hunter, shaman, warrior, mage, paladin and, of course, DKs.
The biggest threat the newbie pandas would have to fight would be rampaging trolls, murlocs and nagas.
Lore-wise:
Now, if you're a hardcore panda/lore lover, you might be wondering, why would they join the horde if there is
so
much
proof
that they've fought them once? Along side the alliance even! Well, because when they fought the Horde it was the evil Blackhand/Shadow Council Horde. Now, the horde is being led by an orc whos shamanistic, peaceful and diplomatic, and has had the help of their current leader(TFT Extra Orc Campaign FTW). Also, when they fought the horde it didn't have such naturalist, spiritual races such as the Tauren or the Trolls. And the Pandaren once were friends of the Night Elves, but cut relations when they noticed they were going too deep in their magical "researches", even still Queen Azshara's wickedness caused the world to implode, forever angering the sprits and elements, and that is something the Pandaren have not forgiven the Night Elves for. They would have come to the Horde seeking aid from the threats of the sea and the Horde would have accepted to aid them if they joined their ranks against the scourge.
Racials:
Meditation
: Health/Mana and other buffs gained from eating/drinking increased by X%
Boil Blood
: 2min CD. Requires Reagent: Chen’s Best. When Boil Blood is used every attack/spell casted gives you the buff Blood Heat. When Blood Heat stacks 10 times it becomes the buff Boiling Blood wich increases haste rating by X. The CD starts when Boiling Blood is applied.
Mix ‘Em Up
: Increases Alchemy Skill by 10.
Staff Specialization
: I’d really like to see staffs as an actual DPS weapon in game, especially now that the druid staff thing is over. If it ever becomes so they’ll have this. If not, give them
Sword Specialization
. Yes, screw humans. Two specializations are too much anyways.
Brewmaster
: Allows you to turn normal water into the alcoholic beverage: Chen’s Best that preserves the effect but adds a little more! Chen’s Best is required to use Boil Blood/Breath of Fire.
Breath of Fire
: 2min CD. Requires Reagent: Chen’s Best. Causes a wave of fire in front of the caster dealing X damage to all enemies in Y yards. Can only affect up to 2(or 3) enemies.
So, what do you think?
PS: Sorry if there are grammar errors or if it's confusing every now and then; I hope it's still understandible!
PSS: Yes, I'm bored.
PSSS: I like cheese.

I wonder how would be called the Expansion that would add that races...
WoW: The Bear-ing?
WoW: Now Appeals to Furrys too!
WoW: The Furring Crusade
Other than that, I liked the presentation, but as said, sadly, pandarens will never be a playabe race.

The Pandaren are like a fuzzy cross between the dwarfs and the orcs, they are a very shamanistic people, but they love their booze.
Pandaren will not happen. Ever. Every time it's suggested, a kitten dies.
No, really. NEVER.
/Truth
It's been said a million times, and will have to be said a million more.
It's never going to happen, because China would implode
And of course, dead kittens.

No Fuzzies!
Horde am wanting Ogres.
Say it with me...
Ooooooogrrrrrrresss!
Classes: Mage, Death Knight, Warrior, Shaman, Warlock
Racials: Give em the following:
-20 agility (Yup, finally a race with a stat penalty. Ever see a "Sneaky" or "fast" ogre?)
+40 Strength
Never Full (Can always eat, cannot get "well fed" benefits)
Eat at 4 times normal speed (takes 1/4 as long, so a 30 second food is devoured in only 7.5 seconds)
Get half benefit from food (So, though they eat faster, they need to eat more, giving them an overall double healing rate from food, but at a cost of using up twice as much food to get the same benefit)
And No, they don't have two heads. Unless blizzard wants them to. If they did, though, the only real benefit would be the ability to wear TWO helmets/headgear and gain full benefit of both (and "two headed" emotes: "I'm ready (I'm not ready!)"

I think that everyone needs to, for once, finally get it through their heads that there will
never
,
ever
,
ever
be a panda related race in WoW.

Some decent ideas, but lore wise Pandarans are always neutral, so you'd have to do something different there. Or it would be the first race both factions can play....
