Visit any Auction House and click on the "Game Time" option on the left-hand side of the "Browse" tab.

Instead of a list of items, names, and prices as you are used to on the AH, you will see a screen just displaying WoW Token, the current price (no negotiations), and a Buyout button.

There is a help button at the top right of the AH panel explaining the WoW Token system in more detail.

Click on the Buyout button to obtain WoW Token.

Pick up your WoW Token from the mailbox, as you would with a regular auction.

Click on the token in your bags, and select the option to increase Battle.net balance.

Blizzard

Funds added to Blizzard Balance are not refundable (except as otherwise provided by law), and cannot be converted into cash. Blizzard Balance can only be used to buy designated Blizzard Entertainment products and services.
Blizzard Balance can only be purchased and used with your country's currency.
Blizzard Balance is non-transferable. However, the Blizzard Shop allows you to purchase some items (such as digital games and World of Warcraft game time) as gifts you can share with others.
The maximum amount of Blizzard Balance you can have on your account is $350, or $110 if you don't have an Authenticator linked to your account.
You can't use Blizzard Balance to purchase items from the Blizzard Gear Store, in-game products for Hearthstone on mobile devices, or World of Warcraft subscriptions—though you can buy game time in the Blizzard Shop.
You can't use Blizzard Balance to make purchases on the PlayStation Store or Xbox Marketplace.
Blizzard Balance can't be combined with another payment method to make purchases.
As with any payment method, local taxes may apply to purchases made with Blizzard Balance.
You cannot make partial payments with Blizzard Balance. If you don't have sufficient balance to cover the purchase, you must add additional Blizzard Balance funds or use another method of payment.

What can I spend Battle.net Balance on?

All Standard and Digital Deluxe versions of Blizzard games, including the Battle for Azeroth Digital Deluxe Pre-Order.

In-game mounts, pets, and transmog helms.

Character Services - Appearance Change, Character Transfer, Faction Change, Game Time, Guild Services, Character Boost, Name Change, Race Change.

Hearthstone card packs and adventures.

Heroes of the Storm Heroes, skins, and mounts.

Destiny 2 for PC

Black Ops for PC

Overwatch Lootboxes

I am in Australia and the max balance we can have on the account is only $250 AUD. It does appear that each currency has it's own max limit however I have been unable to find this list anywhere.

I did reach out to Blizzard on the matter and they provided no other clear picture as to why there are differences, quote from the support request below:

Each currency has its own caps based on regional factors and fraud patterns. The USD auth cap is 350 USD. The AUD auth cap is 250 AUD.

I'm afraid, customer support has no insight into why 250 AUD was determined to be the right amount for the region or if they will change that to a higher amount later on --but that is the intended amount currently.

Would be great if other people in different regions listed their max balance allowed here to provide that as a resource for the community.
