Rotation & Abilities
Macros & Addons
General Level 100 PvE Build
Tier 1 Talents
: This talent is by far the best talent on this row for both single target and AOE. It also has a great synergy with Shuriken Storm hitting multiple targets.
Tier 2 Talents
: Increases the duration of
. This allows you fit in 4 Shadowstrikes and a finisher during Shadow Dance, assuming you properly pool energy going into the Shadow Dance.
Tier 3 Talents
At level 100, Vigor is currently the strongest single target dps increase on this tier. The increased energy cap makes it harder to accidentally energy cap, especially when paired with
Master of Shadows
in the level 100 talent row.
: This talent will become a lot more viable with Nighthold 4p.
: The increased finisher damage and up to 6 combo point finishers makes this talent take a lead at level 110 due to various artifact traits such as
. Your rotation does not change too much when taking this talent.
Tier 4 Talents
is useful as both a buffer you can use while learning a fight's mechanics and as a tool you can use to purposely handle certain mechanics without dying.
: Good for mitigating boss abilities that deal direct damage or apply a power damage over time debuff that the AoE reduction on
would not affect.
Tier 5 Talents
Prey on the Weak
: Use this when there's a specific mob that's stunnable and that your raid has to kill it.
Tier 6 Talents
: Alacrity has some uses on extended fights and/or when undergeared, but is far weaker on shorter fights or fights where long intermissions prevent maintaining the stacking buff.
: Premeditation is currently the best talent on this row, especially at level 100. When using this talent, you should pay even more attention to not using Shadowstrike if you only have one missing combo point.
Tier 7 Talents
Master of Shadows
: Use this talent gain more energy to use during
. This talent is much stronger than the other options on this row in almost all situations. Be careful to not use Shadow Dance when you're sitting at too much energy.
